1. "White Chrysanthemum on the Double Ninth Festival" Tang Bai Juyi
A yard full of golden chrysanthemums with a bunch of flowers in the middle, the flowers are so lonely. Just like today's feast, the old man went to the place where the young man went.
A garden full of chrysanthemums looks golden, but there is a cluster of Bai Rushuang in the middle, which is so lonely. It's like today's song and dance banquet, where the old man enters the place where the teenagers go.
Appreciation: Bai Juyi's poem "White Chrysanthemum on Double Ninth Festival" was written by the author in his later years when he was drinking and enjoying chrysanthemums with guests on a Double Ninth Festival. Written in the year of Daiwa (835). This poem is novel and unique, with rich meanings.
In the first two sentences of this poem, the poet was delighted to see a white chrysanthemum in the garden. The last two sentences compare the snow-white chrysanthemum to an old man who took part in a "song and dance mat" and a "teenager" singing and dancing. The whole poem expresses the poet's interest in his youth, even though he is old. It is interesting to compare people with flowers.
2. "Nine Days in Shu" Don Wang Bo
On September 9, at Wangxiangtai, he sat in a farewell cup. Human feelings are tired and bitter in the south, and Hongyan is from the north.
When I went back to my hometown to see the Double Ninth Festival, I was particularly sad when I was in a foreign land and arranged a banquet to bid farewell to my friends and raise a glass to celebrate. I'm tired of living in the south. I don't think I can go back to the north. Why does Hongyan come from the north?
Appreciation: Nine Days in the Middle of Shu is about the homesickness of the poet Wang Bo during the festival. On the ninth day, he climbed the mountain, looked at his hometown from a distance, and felt even more anxious. Suddenly, when he saw a pair of geese flying from the north, he couldn't help blurting out, I don't want to go back to the north, so why did you come to the south? This formed a strong contrast and pushed homesickness to the peak.
Although the problem is unreasonable, it sets off the sincerity of feelings and gives people a strong infection. The poet integrated homesickness into the description of natural scenery, and expressed his deep feelings through ruthless scenery, which opened the precedent of lyric with scenery in Tang Dynasty.
4. "Picking Sang Chongyang" Mao Zedong
Life is easy to get old, but it is hard to get old. Today is Chongyang, and the yellow flowers in the battlefield are particularly fragrant. The annual autumn wind is not as strong as spring. Better than spring, just like Wan Li frost on the vast river.
People are easy to get old in life, but heaven is not easy to get old. The Double Ninth Festival comes every year. Today is the Double Ninth Festival, and the chrysanthemums on the battlefield are very fragrant. The autumn wind blows harder every year, and the scenery is not as beautiful as spring. But it is more magnificent than the scene in spring, and the vast river is covered with frost.
