Lotus pond project
Wei? Cao pi
Night tour, leisurely tour of the West Park.
The two canals are irrigated with each other, and Jia Mu bypasses Tongchuan.
Humble branches brush feather covers, and trimmed strips brush the sky.
Frightened winds help the hub, and birds fly in front of me.
Danxia catches the bright moon and Huaxing comes out of the clouds.
The sky is high and the clouds are light, and the colors are fresh.
Who can be immortal if he doesn't live a long life?
Travel quickly and protect yourself for a hundred years.

Furong Pool is one of the scenic spots in Yecheng Copper Bird Park. Tongque Garden is located in the west of Yecheng. Named after the bronze sparrow terrace, it is the imperial garden of Cao Cao. When Cao Pi was the commander of the five senses, some scholars attached themselves to him, forming a group of people under Ye, with Cao Pi as the leader and Cao Zhi as an important member, and most of the "Jian 'an Seven Children" participated in it. It was not until the twenty-second year of Jian 'an that all the "seven sons of Jian 'an" died, and the activities of Ye's people stopped. This poem was written during this period. This poem describes the beautiful night scene of Furong Chi Pan and the author's happy mood.
Poetry has no profound content, but only depicts the beautiful scenery of the lotus pond, but from the perspective of poetry, it focuses on describing the scenery in content and uses gorgeous words; The formal emphasis on antithesis reflects the important changes in the poetic style at that time, which is still quite noticeable today.
The first two paragraphs detail the itinerary and the time and place of swimming in the pool. "Leisurely" in "Wandering West Garden" sets a light tone for the whole poem, and also shows the poet's relaxed and happy mood at that time. The middle ten sentences, closely linked with the words "nocturnal" and "carefree", focus on describing the beautiful and moving night scene of Furong Pool. The lotus pond has elegant environment, lush trees, birds and flowers, cheerful and comfortable, bright moon and stars. Through the combination of static and dynamic, the poet outlined the beautiful night scene of the lotus pond and showed its vitality.
The last four sentences turn to discussion and write about the feelings of travel. The poet has never believed in the immortal alchemist, so here he points out that no one can really become a fairy in the real world, so it is better to "travel thousands of miles quickly and protect yourself for a hundred years." The lotus pond is picturesque, and swimming in it is a great pleasure, so you can forget your troubles and be happy physically and mentally. It is also a great pleasure to spend the rest of your life. "Swim fast and keep a hundred years" is a simple and optimistic attitude, which embodies the poet's endless pleasure in visiting the park.
Extended reading: Cao Pi's literary achievements
Cao Pi was an outstanding poet in China during the Three Kingdoms period. Ge Yanxing is the earliest extant seven-character poem of literati in China. His five-character Yuefu is beautiful and moving, with about 40 existing poems.
Cao Pi's poems are diverse, with five or seven words as long, popular language and folk song spirit. The technique is euphemistic and meticulous, and he is an expert in describing the love between men and women and the theme of wandering women. Ge Yanxing, which represents Cao Pi's poetic achievements, was written during the Wu Huan period of Cao Cao's Northern Expedition in the 12th year of Jian 'an. It is written in the form of seven-character rhyme, and it is the earliest and most complete seven-character rhyme in existence. From the perspective of "thinking about women", Ge Yanxing reflects the present situation of war and displacement in the late Eastern Han Dynasty, and expresses the inner resentment and melancholy of men and women who were forced to separate. The words used in the whole poem are unpretentious, the syllables are graceful and graceful, and the feelings are flowing, which is praised by Wang Fuzhi as "dumping feelings, tilting degrees, tilting colors and tilting sounds, and there is no difference between ancient and modern times". Some of Cao Pi's works praised by later generations were written to Wang Wei during his tenure as a corps commander of the five senses. His poems are delicate, clear and touching.
Scholar Ye Jiaying listed Zhong Rong's poems, Liu Xie's Wen Xin Diao Long, Wang Fuzhi's Jiang Zhai Shi Hua and Ye Jiaying's Poems of the Han, Wei and Six Dynasties as Cao Pi's comments. In the Book of Songs, Cao Pi ranks in the middle reaches, thinking that his poems are not as good as his younger brother Cao Zhi's, because Cao Pi's poems are "as straight as an occasional remark" (that is, two ordinary people are talking), while Cao Zhi's "character is extremely high, and he adopts Chinese words. Love and resentment, style, overflowing today, outstanding. " Wen Xin Diao Long (omitted) said that Cao Pi's "Wei Wencai is gorgeous and beautiful, and the old talk about suppression is rooted in thousands of miles ... Huan Zi is cautious, so he doesn't argue with the first singer", which is different from Cao Zhi's "thinking wisdom and being versatile" and that "vulgar sentiment is restrained and similar, so Wen Di has reduced his position. In the late Ming and early Qing Dynasties, Wang Fuzhi bluntly said in Jiang Zhai Shi Hua: "In fact, Huan Zi is a genius, but can Zi Jian be at a loss?" This is a declaration of "rehabilitation" of Cao Pi's literary achievements. Ye Jiaying said that Cao Pi was a "rational poet", gentle and introspective, and "winning with emotion".

Writing feelings: Cao Pi writes for feelings, and his poems are full of emotions, which can be described as emotional essays. Looking at widow's fu and woman's fu from different angles of expressing emotions can better express the author's compassion and sympathy for the lower class women. Cao Pishan writes women's works, including Widow's Poetry, which is consistent with his poems. The author combines the realistic portrayal of the widow's lonely life with the feelings of the changes of scenery in the four seasons of the same year, and the scene sets off the widow's infinite melancholy and sadness. Cao Pi's delicate and tactful brushwork always touches the widow's helpless sigh filled with sadness, and her feelings of sympathy are vividly on the paper.
Understanding: Cao Cao took Cao Pi, Cao Zhi and others to visit Tongquetai, during which he ordered Cao Pi's younger brother to write a short article on the same topic, so his younger brother Cao Zhi also wrote a short article on the same topic. Cao Pi's "Ode to the Stage" is a magnificent little ode to the bronze sparrow terrace. This brushwork of Fu is fresh and delicate, and "the scenery is like a carved painting" ("Wen Xin Diao Long Cha Fu"). Judging from the emotional color reflected in Fu, it is full of nostalgia and joy for the beautiful times.
