Appreciation of China's Ancient Poetry and Prose is an optional textbook compiled according to the Chinese Curriculum Standard (Experiment) for Ordinary Senior High Schools. In line with the People's Education Edition "Ordinary High School Standard Experimental Textbook Chinese". It is an elective course of People's Education Edition, based on China's ancient poems and essays. In order to highlight the importance of appreciation in classical Chinese learning and let students feel the unique charm of ancient literature, this textbook breaks the general literary history order or the unit arrangement mode of writers' anthology. Poetry is divided into different units according to different appreciation angles and methods. Poetry and prose are divided into three units, which are concise and appropriate, meet the appreciation needs of high school students, and fully embody their respective characteristics from several basic aspects as far as possible.
