Longsha's resting place

St. Keshma monastery is the last resting place of Longsha; The poet's tomb is located on the altar of the monastery, surrounded by roses. This monastery was built in 1 1 century. Until the18th century, there were still priests here to receive pilgrims from San Jacques de Postel. Longsha lived in the abbot's room of the monastery before his death. Now, after renovation, the room decoration has been restored to16th century. Visiting here seems to go back in time, the murals are still the same, and the poet's manuscript is on the table. Wait a few minutes, maybe the master will come back. The center of the monastery is not far from the dean's office, and visitors can also choose to visit the characteristic buildings of the French monastery there. In addition, the gardens here are not to be missed; The garden is surrounded by iris and roses, so it is a good choice to walk slowly in the flowers ... 3000 roses are in full bloom here, and 9 different gardens reflect different architectural styles in the Middle Ages and Renaissance respectively.

In the new year, St. Max's Monastery has also prepared a wealth of theme activities for tourists: Classical Music Festival ("Haruka" in March, "Bel Canto" from May to 1 1 month, poetry recitation ("Approaching Poetry" in May, "Leisure Literature" held every Sunday in summer). In addition, on the weekend of Pentecost, there will be a "Rose Tour" and a Ronsa award ceremony.
