Extended information:

Meng Jiao (751 ~ 814) was born in Dongye, Wu Kang, Huzhou (now Deqing, Zhejiang). In his early years, he tried again and again, roaming north and south and living in Suzhou.

I was down and out all my life, and I didn't get a humble position as a captain of Liyang County until I was fifty years old. Naturally, the poet doesn't take such a small official to heart, but still pays attention to the scenery and sings, while his official duties are neglected, so the county magistrate only gives him half a salary. Under this title, the author notes: "Ying Mu Li Shang Zuo" is his work when he lived in Liyang. In the poem, an ordinary and great beauty of human nature-maternal love is affectionately and truly sung, which has aroused the admiration of countless readers and has been well-known for thousands of years.
