Ruoyexi is at the foot of Ruoyeshan in Huiji, with beautiful scenery. This poem was written by Wang Ji when he was swimming in Ruoye River. It makes people feel the deep and quiet of Ruoye River, and at the same time achieves the aesthetic effect of "quietness in motion".
In the first two sentences, the poet took a boat into the stream to play, and wrote his feelings of joy with the word "harmony" and his feelings of sorrow with the word "swimming".
Write three or four sentences about the scenery seen when overlooking the distant mountains. Poets use the word "life" to write clouds and give them dynamics, and use the word "chasing" to write sunshine, as if the sunshine is deliberately chasing a clear and tortuous stream. Write lifeless clouds and sunshine in a poetic way.
In five or six sentences, dynamically express the tranquility of the mountain forest. "Cicada singing" and "bird singing" make the leaves cover, and the silence of the mountain forest is deeper. The phrase "cicada makes the forest quieter and the Yin Gong Mountain more secluded" is a famous sentence that has been passed down through the ages and is known as "the only one outside the text". For example, in the Tang Dynasty, Wang Wei's "Beside my thatched door, lean on my staff, and I listen to cicadas in the evening breeze" and Du Fu's "Spring Mountain is lonely and there is no companion, and logging Dingding Mountain is more secluded" all use sound to set off the quiet realm, and this expression technique was initiated by Wang Ji.
Facing the beautiful scenery of nymphs, the poet in the last two sentences can't help but get tired of official travel and have the meaning of seclusion. The whole poem is lyrical because of the scenery, which is very natural and harmonious. This poem is elegant in dictionary and beautiful in melody, creating a quiet artistic realm. The author of this poem rowed on the boat, thinking about what he saw and heard in Xiye, and thinking about returning to his hometown for a long time.
