1, "Fisherman" Tang Dynasty: Liu Zongyuan, an old fisherman, spent the night here, under the west cliff, burning bamboo with small incense. The sun disappears like a cloud, and the sound of sculls comes from green mountains and green waters. Looking back, the fishing boat has drifted below the horizon, and white clouds are floating in the mountains, chasing each other.
Appreciation: In my mind, Liu Zongyuan is a cold, unlucky and thin person. Participated in the reform and reform with Liu Yuxi, and was exiled to the wilderness in the north and south of the country after failure. Liu Yuxi was born with a generous heart and was able to shrug off it. However, Liu Zongyuan never walked out of his embarrassment, failed to reconcile with himself, and eventually died of depression, with poor talent.
The poem Fisherman is an attempt by Liu Zongyuan to achieve self-consistency. He hopes that he can feel the nature like a fisherman and don't care about the ups and downs of life. But he can't. So although he left this carefree poem to the extreme, he didn't put it down himself. Simple literati contact with officialdom usually ends like this.
2, "Eat Litchi" Song Dynasty: Su Shi Luofu Mountain at four o'clock in spring, Lu Juyang Mei Erxin. 300 lychees a day, I will grow up to be a Lingnan person without hesitation.
Appreciation: Under the Luofu Mountain, the seasons are like spring. Lu Juyangmei, a bad fruit in the north, blooms one after another here and can be eaten at will. Among these fruits, litchi is Su Shi's favorite.
He sent a message here: "As long as you let me eat 300 lychees here a day, even if I stay in Lingnan all the time, I am willing." To tell the truth, I quite envy Su Shi after reading this. He is in good health and is not afraid of getting angry. The north is not full, and the south is afraid to eat. So far, we haven't had a good litchi meal.
