Where does the poem “Only Love Qing” come from?

From Su Shi's work "Jiang Chengzi·Dreams on the Twentieth Day of the First Month of Yi Mao", the full text is:

You have never heard of youth in the world, but I only love you. You are leaving me alone now, and I will be alone.

It means: I don’t even look at other women in the world, but I love you alone. Now that you are far away from me, I am left to face the world alone.
