A suit can break two arcs, but riding a thousand pounds seems nothing.
Sitting on the golden saddle, he turned white and shot five Khan in succession.

Wuling juvenile city east, silver saddle and white horse spring breeze.
Where the fallen petal swam, she smiled and entered Hu Ji's pub.
-Li Bai's Youth Travel (Part Two)
In the history of China's classical poetry, although the number of poems dedicated to young people is not as good as Mo Shan's lyric poems, most of them are poetic and have their own characteristics. The Youth Journey written by Tang Dynasty poets Wang Wei and Li Bai is a masterpiece in this respect. A comparative appreciation of these two works with the same theme will help contemporary poets to make the past serve the present and bring forth the new.
"Youth Travel" is an old topic in Yuefu, and ancient poets generally used it to express their passion. Wang Wei's Youth Travel is a series of four poems, and the third one is chosen here. Li Bai's "A Boy's Journey" is a set of two songs, and the second song is chosen here. Both of them follow the theme of the old Yuefu, and also outline the images of teenagers and describe their personality characteristics in a few words, but there are similarities and differences. This is mainly manifested in the following aspects:
1, the image of teenagers is different.
In the history of classical poetry in China, Wang Wei is famous for his landscape poems, and he is also called "Wang Meng" with Meng Haoran. Poets have always regarded Wang Wei as a recluse poet. In fact, in his early years, Wang Wei had the ambition to make contributions and retire after his success: "Helping others and then brushing off his clothes, willing to be a man" ("Those who don't meet the brave win"). Therefore, he is in the "Youth Journey" (Part III)
Li Bai is a great romantic poet. When I was a teenager, I was addicted to fencing and fought for Ren Xia. I claimed to be "fifteen good swordsmanship and governors everywhere" (Hanshu Jingzhou). Hao Wei also said that Li Bai was "less Ren Xia, with several hands and several blades" in the Preface to the Collection of Li Hanlin. Therefore, Li Bai's poems often like to depict the image of a heroic teenager. His "journey of youth" (. It is not difficult for us to see the shadow of Li Bai, a proud teenager. At the same time, when describing teenagers, Wang's poems highlight his heroic spirit of killing the enemy, while Li's poems highlight his generous and charming personality. The difference between the two is not difficult to find, and I don't need to elaborate.
2. Teenagers chant in different ways.
Wang Wei's "Youth Journey" praises young heroes and makes a fuss about "heroes". In the first sentence, his shooting skill is superior. The poet captured a young figure: the heroic power is unparalleled, the skill is superb, the bow is opened left and right, and both hands can break two hard bows at the same time. Such skills are naturally impressive. In the second sentence, you have great courage when you get cold feet. "Riding a thousand pounds", the young hero is heroic and rushed over. The image of a young man who is proficient in bullfighting and martial arts is vivid on the paper. The third sentence describes his fighting style. The poet takes the "golden saddle" as the background, the posture of "sitting sideways" as the goal, and the close-up of "adjusting white feathers" to highlight the heroic attitude of the hero in the poem. The last sentence depicts his brilliant achievements. With the help of "Five Chanyu", he was shot off the saddle one by one. With the help of four pictures with internal relations, the whole poem is written from the aspects of young people's skill, courage, posture and achievements, and has successfully created a heroic image of a young man who is mighty and galloping on the battlefield, which is unique and amazing.
Li Bai's Journey to Youth depicts a generous and charming image of a teenager. Therefore, writing a teenager in the poem ("Five Ling Teenagers") does not put a teenager in a typical battlefield environment like Rainbow's poems, but puts him in another special environment-a beautiful spring background, closely related to his personality characteristics. This "Wuling teenager" travels on a good horse. However, his "Laughing into Huji Wine Shop" shows this character to the fullest. The word "smile" is the crowning touch. This not only focuses on vision, but also makes people see-smile, appeal to hearing and make people listen-smile, and at the same time vividly expresses its spirit-unrestrained personality and smile. This is also the difference between Li Bai's works and other Ren Xia teenagers. In the picture of "painting in poetry" and the combination of motion and static, Li Bai and Wang Wei's two poems are just right and quite skillful. It's really hard to distinguish between the two. As far as the sensory image of poetry is concerned, Wang Shi only pays attention to vision, while Shi Li combines visual image with auditory image. Obviously, Shi Li should make a difference in this respect.
3. The language style of poetry is different.
The poetic language style embodied in Two Boys' Travel by Wang Wei and Li Bai is bold, but if we carefully taste it, it is not difficult to see the difference between them. Wang's poems aim to highlight the heroism of young people. The language is majestic and majestic, and it can "swallow the wild", just like "the sky is stormy and the sea is grey", which makes people see at a glance.
Li's poems show the boldness and charm of young people, and the language is heroic and handsome. At first glance, it seems not as magnificent as Wang's poems. In fact, it is both rigid and flexible, and it is natural. "Laugh at Huji Wine Shop wherever you go" can be described as heroic and handsome, which makes people never tire of seeing it.
In a word, Wang Wei's Journey to Youth (Part III) and Li Bai's Journey to Youth (Part II) have both successfully created distinctive images of teenagers, but there are similarities and differences between them: the teenagers in Wang Shi's poems gallop on the battlefield and are heroic; The teenagers in Li Shi's poems "laughed into Hu Ji's wine shop" and were bold and charming. When shaping the image of a teenager, Shi Li mainly started with his uninhibited personality, which not only painted his appearance, but also imitated his voice and conveyed his spirit. Wang Shi's language is bold and heroic, and Shi Li's language is bold and handsome. The two have different flavors, giving people the enjoyment of artistic beauty.
