Yin and Yang streams are green, and light rain flattens shallow sand. Goose and duck don't know that spring has passed, but they are scrambling to catch up with peach blossoms.
This little poem describes the scene of late spring in the countryside. The first two sentences touch the environment by writing about the scenery. The sky is covered with green trees on the river bank, and a light rain falls, turning over the duckweed on the beach, which is a scene full of spring. The last two sentences are the moral of supporting things. They write that geese and ducks are ignorant, and no matter what flowers fly, they all go in late spring. All they know is chasing falling peach blossoms along the running water. Between the lines, the poet's regret for the end of the third spring is revealed, as well as his hatred and contempt for those who don't know how to cherish spring.
