In previous teaching, many teachers generally thought that a class of 40 minutes should teach students as much knowledge as possible. I am afraid of missing this knowledge point for a while, and I am afraid that the knowledge point will not be fully explained for a while. The teacher teaches very hard and the students learn very painfully. It is true that a text contains many knowledge points, and it will take days and nights to speak. In today's new curriculum reform, most people advocate increasing classroom capacity and strengthening the connection between classes. As a result, many teachers deviate from the main idea of the text in the upper reaches of the classroom, do not play well, extend for no reason, and ignore the teaching focus. Teachers and students are very busy in the same class, but how much do students get from such classroom teaching?
After listening to the class "Flying of Impala" by Tong Jianting, Hunan Province, my teachers and I have doubts. This class is more like a political lesson than an activity of retelling the text. Is such a class desirable? Teacher Shi Shaodian, an education expert, pointed out in commenting on this lesson that "the progress or development made by teachers in teaching students in a period of time is called effective teaching." Then, it is worthy of recognition that the teaching goal of this section of Flying Impala is to retell stories and cultivate students' reading ability in retelling training. Just to implement this teaching goal is to adopt various forms of retelling, such as upgrading from a concise outline to a vivid retelling, and then retelling from another angle. Indeed, don't we often say that we can have one class at a time? The key is that students have learned something. If this course can train students' oral expression ability well, isn't it also an effective course?
Of course, in order to achieve the effectiveness of classroom teaching, there must be a macro-plan, and the goal of a stage (such as junior high school, one academic year, one semester, one unit) and what is the goal of a relatively concentrated class. What kind of learning activities are used to achieve this goal?
Second, teachers' text reading is necessary.
For a long time, due to the examination system in China, the first purpose of classroom teaching is to deal with examinations in a utilitarian way, and teachers' teaching revolves around examinations. How to teach students the skills and norms of answering questions has become the first priority. For text reading, more teachers like to watch teachers pay attention to authoritative analysis and ignore intimate friends and personalized reading of the text. Some people say that "there is 1000 Hamlet for every 1000 readers". If a teacher does not thoroughly implement the text, he will blindly rely on the teaching reference, and the teaching reference will be foggy. If he is too lazy to think about problems and find reference answers, his reading ability will gradually deteriorate. After listening to goddess peak by Shen Xiaorong, a teacher from Hubei Province, and Touching Beiping by Wang Gailing, a teacher from Henan Province, I have to be impressed by the breadth of knowledge and depth of understanding of the text. Teachers can only cultivate their judgment and insight through the emotional experience of the text, and the emotional experience of the text is the basis of dialogue with students. Yan Xia Chen, a teacher from Guangxi, read the text emotionally in Yangzhou Slow, which amazed the audience. From her recitation, the audience realized the feelings of parting expressed by Yangzhou slow songs. In the past, we often talked about the dialogue between students and texts. In fact, as Chinese teachers, they should have an in-depth dialogue with the text. Only when teachers let their hearts enter the text first can they lead students to agree with the entries in the classroom, thus triggering the collision of ideas and the spark of wisdom, and achieving the classroom purpose of increasing knowledge and enhancing personality.
Only as an ordinary reader, teachers can fully read by themselves, have their own profound experience and sentiment, and can arouse students' thinking and emotional activities from many angles. Only when teachers abandon reference books and read intelligently from a new perspective of the times can they have a new understanding, and the classics will always be read and updated. Only by reading the details of the text can we find a new way to interpret the text and carry out creative teaching design.
Third, students' feelings and experiences are very important.
In the process of classroom learning, we cannot but admire students' oral expression ability and their courage to express themselves. Among them, teacher Shen Xiaorong gave a lecture on Shu Ting's "goddess peak" and asked the students to talk about their feelings after reading the poem. Most students can understand that poetry embodies the pursuit and declaration of social women for the freedom and liberation of life itself. From "It is better to cry on the lover's shoulder for a night than to exhibit on the cliff for a thousand years", we can see that modern women's consciousness can be fully publicized, which is a betrayal of the feudal concept of chastity that requires women to be single-minded. However, a boy advised women not to abandon the traditional virtues of kindness and chastity. It is because of the patience and sacrifice of women in China that family harmony and national stability and peace can be maintained. His wonderful performance with great personality won warm applause from the teachers attending the meeting.
"Chinese Curriculum Standard" points out: "Reading is a personalized behavior of students, and teachers' analysis should not replace students' reading practice. Let students deepen their understanding and experience in active thinking and emotional activities, and feel and think. Influenced by emotion, I get ideological enlightenment and enjoy aesthetic pleasure. We should cherish students' unique feelings, experiences and understanding. "So, in order to make classroom teaching more effective, paying attention to students' perception and experience should become the main link in the classroom. In classroom teaching, it is necessary to establish an equal and democratic relationship between teachers and students, create a classroom atmosphere in which teachers' emotions, students' emotions and authors' emotions are integrated, and encourage students' thinking collision, especially the depth and breadth of thinking levels. American educator Sunadan Dyke said: "Tell me, I will forget, show me, I may remember, let me participate, I will understand." In view of this, I feel that only by returning the classroom to the students can we keep calm for ourselves and truly realize efficient classroom.
Reflecting on my previous Chinese teaching process, all teachers pass on the pre-set teaching plans and teaching contents to students in the teaching process, and students are only recipients and absorbers of conclusions. Students do not take the initiative to explore the process, so long-term study makes them lose their personality, their own ideas and creativity, and their interest in Chinese learning is getting weaker and weaker. The level of students' perceptual ability directly affects the teaching quality and learning effect, and it is of great significance to attach importance to the cultivation of students' perceptual ability.
