How to be a good Chinese teacher

On March 18, I went to Changchun to attend the "Seminar on Efficient Chinese Teaching and Excellent Courses in Middle Schools". After I came back, I felt a lot. I feel that there is still a big gap between myself and excellent Chinese teachers. However, after listening to the wonderful explanations and reports of three experts, I have strengthened my confidence in being an excellent Chinese teacher. In their class, I felt a joy I had never felt before. I think attending classes is not only to teach students cultural knowledge and how to be a man, but also an effective means to improve their self-cultivation and ability, so that their thoughts can be unconsciously sublimated in a pleasant spiritual journey.

The lectures of several experts and their reports made me clear what kind of Chinese teacher I should be, especially how to be an excellent Chinese teacher.

I remember that in the interaction before class, teacher Zhao Qianxiang once said a word, which won warm applause from everyone. This sentence impressed me deeply. He said: "I am not the best Chinese teacher in China, but I am China's favorite Chinese teacher!" What a humble and sincere sentence? In my opinion, the unremitting pursuit of subject language should be a necessary condition for the growth of excellent Chinese teachers. With interest and the spirit of studying, we can have a more sincere love for Chinese, be proficient in class, and be handy in design and thinking.

I remember I wrote such a sentence in my QQ signature, "All the dignity of a teacher lies in his erudition, his generosity and kindness, and his active exploration." So I always believe that as long as I can persist in my efforts and the spirit of research and exploration, I will be one step closer to being an excellent Chinese teacher. Here, I also want to paraphrase a sentence from teacher Zhao Qianxiang: Although I can't do my best, I can certainly do better!

"Counterfeiting is a Chinese teacher's self-salvation", which also makes me feel a lot. As a teacher, we should always be strict with ourselves, strive to improve ourselves, and pay attention to the authenticity and effectiveness of Chinese classroom. Strive to achieve better learning results in the shortest time. In fact, in recent years, there are some misunderstandings in Chinese teaching reform. In order to make the class active and win a full house, some teachers began to fake classes and engage in exercises. I want to ask, what can I do after listening to such a class? I don't want to hear it. Therefore, I totally agree with Teacher Liu Jinyu that "the authenticity and effectiveness of the classroom must be guaranteed". As a teacher, don't be afraid of the problems in your lectures, but be brave enough to face the exposed problems. Only when problems are found can they be solved better. In fact, at any time, there will be no perfect classroom. Only by solving practical problems in self-impersonation can teachers constantly enrich and improve themselves and truly improve their teaching level and students' Chinese ability.

Secondly, the problem that teacher Lai Fenghua emphasized that teachers should "interpret the text" also benefited me a lot. He emphasized two points that should be paid attention to when explaining this text. First, Chinese teachers must study the teaching materials carefully, dig deep into the theme of the article in constant exploration, and have their own views and opinions. Second, the Chinese teacher should find the breakthrough point that can reflect the theme of the full text and summarize it in refined language, so that the lecture will be handy. Of course, the second point is also based on the first point. Only by studying the textbooks in depth can we find more problems and find more methods. I think it is very necessary for teachers to interpret the text in depth under the current education system. In practical work, teachers still have the "three noes" misunderstanding of not discussing, not cooperating and not learning, and their understanding of teaching materials is limited to reference books and examination questions, and there are few extensive and in-depth studies. This greatly restricts students' interest in learning Chinese. They think it doesn't matter if they don't study China literature, and it doesn't matter if they have more classes or less. Therefore, not reading the text in depth can only make students lose the freshness of the textbook content, and it also violates the purpose of the establishment of Chinese subject, and improving students' Chinese ability has become an empty talk.

The highlight of the whole seminar is still "Green Poetry" written by teacher Zhao Qianxiang. The whole process received several applause from the audience, which made people linger and revel in it. Also let me see the rich cultural background of an excellent Chinese teacher. After listening to his lectures and reports, I understand that if you want to be an excellent Chinese teacher, you must have a deep literary foundation and the spirit of being brave in studying. In order to do a good job in poetry teaching, Mr. Zhao insists on writing more than 100 poems every year and reading them to his students every time. Ask students to help them revise, so as to stimulate their strong interest in learning poetry. How admirable is this? I felt a sense of pride as a teacher when he read some poems written by his students. Perhaps, teachers are happiest only when students get grades. I was deeply shocked to see Mr. Zhao's confident and proud expression. I think being a Chinese teacher means being a teacher like Miss Zhao. Devote yourself to the classroom, experience the spiritual journey of yourself and the ancients with the students, and experience the happiness and happiness of being a Chinese teacher.

And teacher Zhao's class points out the direction for us to teach poetry. His class made me understand that if Chinese teachers want to really speak poetry well, they must read more books, think more, often create, and communicate with the authors of poetry beyond time and space, so as to enter the "interest" of poetry and understand the hearts of every author. His profound knowledge is admirable, his humorous teaching style is unforgettable, and his eager pursuit of being a teacher is even more daunting. Invisibly, he became an example for me to learn. Although I can't surpass it, I still can't help it, which has strengthened my belief in being an excellent Chinese teacher.

To sum up, I think to be an excellent Chinese teacher, one must have a love for Chinese, a persistence in studying textbooks, a correct orientation for Chinese teachers, and positive thinking about life and oneself. Only in this way can we achieve real self-salvation and complete our successful leap in thought and teaching.
