As follows:
Original text of "Tian Jing Sha·Qiu Si": Yuan Dynasty: Ma Zhiyuan.
Withered vines, old trees and dim crows, small bridges and flowing water, people's houses, the westerly wind and thin horses on the ancient road. Sunset, heartbroken people in the horizon.
Translation: At dusk, a group of crows landed on an old tree entwined with dead vines, emitting a shrill cry. The water flowed under the bridge and smoke curled up from the houses beside the bridge. A skinny horse trudged forward on the ancient road against the west wind. The sunset gradually lost its luster and set from the west. In the cold night, there are only lonely travelers wandering in distant places.
The central idea of ??Tianjingsha Qiu Si:
This poem is very short, with only five sentences and 28 characters in one sentence, and there is not a single word "Autumn" in the whole song. However, it depicts a desolate and moving picture of autumn sunset in the countryside, and accurately conveys the miserable mood of the traveler. This successful composition, praised as the ancestor of Qiu Si, embodies the artistic characteristics of Chinese classical poetry in many aspects.
Through the above analysis, it can be seen that "Tianjingsha·Autumn Thoughts" is one of the most mature works of Chinese classical poetry. Although it is a Yuan song (qu style), it actually embodies the artistic characteristics of Chinese classical poetry in many aspects.
