Highlight 2: Students independently look up new words in the dictionary, which not only exercises children's ability to solve problems personally, but also examines their ability to look up the dictionary. Poetry involves words such as "dyeing room", "soaking" and "evening", which are far away from children's daily life or easily overlooked. In order to let children really understand these words, Mr. Song carefully selected several high-quality pictures with romantic piano music as the background sound. In teaching, Mr. Song tried his best to inspire students to explore and ask questions, and guided them to associate "white velvet does not change color" and "shell does not change color" with students' own growth and the maintenance of their true colors. By showing the paintings and photos created by students on weekdays, students realize that they are the original "white velvet" and "shell", and the best interpretation of this poem is their persistence in their own growth and true colors.

The teaching and research meeting after the growth class is also wonderful. Young teachers have put forward their opinions and suggestions. Some suggest increasing students' comments, some suggest enriching reading forms, some suggest paying more attention to the rhythm of poetry reading, and some suggest making full use of the flashing materials put forward by students on the spot.
Finally, two senior teachers, Yuan Shuai and Zhang Jing, summarized this growth class. Teacher Yuan pays attention to the setting of teaching objectives and the excavation of poetry themes. In the goal setting, Mr. Yuan made an important explanation of "reading correctly, fluently and emotionally", and proposed that students should go back to reading and put their growing feelings into reading after experiencing poetry. In "Exploring Poetry", Mr. Yuan talked about his understanding of the poem "Change and Invariance" and advocated that every student in Little Conch Class should be devoted to poetry! In addition, Mr. Yuan also introduced his common skills in poetry explanation, such as: doing some processing on pictures, putting students' photos together with students' characteristics, and even making exaggerated effects; Boldly "play" poetry in different ways such as rap.
On the basis of teacher Yuan's speech, the teacher explained the teaching of young teachers in detail with his own teaching experience. For example, when dealing with polyphonic characters, build a "kingdom of polyphonic characters" on the side board and accumulate it continuously. By the end of the semester, there will naturally be a set of polyphonic characters, which will save trouble and worry; When explaining the word "immersion", we can draw three pictures of different water levels to illustrate the different situations of "immersion", "bubble" and "immersion".
