Qingdao Middle School Primary School Young Teachers' Growth Class —— Teacher Song Dongfang

Teacher Song Dongfang's growth class, the second grade of primary school, started at 8: 30 this morning in the B209 classroom. The content of this growth class is the poem "Shell and Moon" by Jin Meiling, a Japanese master of children's poetry.

Through this growth class, closely following the moon theme of grade two, the predetermined teaching objectives are clearly achieved through three links: literacy teaching, recitation practice and reading poetry in connection with life, and the classroom effect is satisfactory.

Looking back at this growth class, there are the following highlights:

Highlight 1: The opening ceremony was polite. At the growth class, Mr. Song organized students to bow to all the teachers present. The students' loud voices and sincere smiles left a deep impression on the teachers present, and a group of warm and polite little conchs took root in the hearts of the teachers. At the same time, it also relieves the influence that many teachers bring to children.

Highlight 2: Students independently look up new words in the dictionary, which not only exercises children's ability to solve problems personally, but also examines their ability to look up the dictionary. Sharing after searching words also makes children feel the joy of cooperative learning. Do one more thing!

? Highlight 3: Let children instantly immerse themselves in the enjoyment of beauty by combining pictures and music through graphics and text! Poetry involves words such as "dyeing room", "soaking" and "evening", which are far away from children's daily life or easily overlooked. In order to let children really understand these words, Mr. Song carefully selected several high-quality pictures with romantic piano music as the background sound. Meitu comes out with good news, intellectual education and aesthetic education are the same!

Highlight 4: Multi-level and step-by-step recitation has realized a large number of texts, and the children are very impressed with the texts! In the form of reading aloud, there are different roles of male and female voices, group reading near the "northern and southern hemispheres", single reading, and all reading ... In the process of reading aloud, children are also deepening their understanding of semantics. The so-called "reading a hundred times, its meaning is self-evident" and solid text reading laid the foundation for later mining the "walnut kernel" of "change and invariance"

Highlight 5: Combining with the poetic interpretation of students' learning and life experience, the study of a small poem is pushed to the philosophical height of exploring self and all kinds of "changes and invariance" around them. In teaching, Mr. Song tried his best to inspire students to explore and ask questions, and guided them to associate "white velvet does not change color" and "shell does not change color" with students' own growth and the maintenance of their true colors. By showing the paintings and photos created by students on weekdays, students realize that they are the original "white velvet" and "shell", and the best interpretation of this poem is their persistence in their own growth and true colors.

A growth class not only shows the teaching skills, but also shows the spirit of young teachers represented by Song Dongfang who are eager to grow up and focus on improvement!

The teaching and research meeting after the growth class is also wonderful. Young teachers have put forward their opinions and suggestions. Some suggest increasing students' comments, some suggest enriching reading forms, some suggest paying more attention to the rhythm of poetry reading, and some suggest making full use of the flashing materials put forward by students on the spot.

Finally, two senior teachers, Yuan Shuai and Zhang Jing, summarized this growth class. Teacher Yuan pays attention to the setting of teaching objectives and the excavation of poetry themes. In the goal setting, Mr. Yuan made an important explanation of "reading correctly, fluently and emotionally", and proposed that students should go back to reading and put their growing feelings into reading after experiencing poetry. In "Exploring Poetry", Mr. Yuan talked about his understanding of the poem "Change and Invariance" and advocated that every student in Little Conch Class should be devoted to poetry! In addition, Mr. Yuan also introduced his common skills in poetry explanation, such as: doing some processing on pictures, putting students' photos together with students' characteristics, and even making exaggerated effects; Boldly "play" poetry in different ways such as rap.

On the basis of teacher Yuan's speech, the teacher explained the teaching of young teachers in detail with his own teaching experience. For example, when dealing with polyphonic characters, build a "kingdom of polyphonic characters" on the side board and accumulate it continuously. By the end of the semester, there will naturally be a set of polyphonic characters, which will save trouble and worry; When explaining the word "immersion", we can draw three pictures of different water levels to illustrate the different situations of "immersion", "bubble" and "immersion".

Generally speaking, the structure of Mr. Song's growth class is clear, the goal is achieved, his teaching style is displayed, his growth is reflected, and confidence is established for other young teachers to continue to grow. Everyone knows everything about after-school teaching and research, which embodies the good fashion of sharing, cooperation and growth. In the whole growth class, the instructor can improve and the participants gain something, achieving a win-win effect!
