Families must be reviewed and approved by the local county (city) or above community, audit, disciplinary inspection and supervision, labor and security, and other departments. Family members must have no criminal records and other requirements.
Basic conditions for Eight Red Flag Bearers:
(1) Female citizens of the People’s Republic of China who are over 18 years old.
(2) Love the party, the motherland, and socialism, resolutely support the party’s line, principles, and policies, and model compliance with national laws and regulations.
(3) Have a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, be noble in character, willing to contribute, and possess the female spirit of the era of "self-esteem, self-confidence, self-reliance and self-improvement".
(4) Be dedicated to work, be brave enough to take on heavy responsibilities, work hard, be determined to innovate, create first-class performance and make outstanding contributions in their own work.
