The Relationship between Prose and Poetry

Relatively speaking, poetry is concise and profound in artistic conception; Prose is elegant and stretched, and there is room for full play. And they all belong to the category of expressive language.

The expression of language is to explain the author's views, emotions and thinking through words, while Chinese words are not specific. In different contexts and different language positions, their meanings are different, and the interpretation depends on people's poems.

When it comes to language, grammar naturally comes to mind. The grammar of poetry is self-contained, but the appellation cannot surpass verbs, adjectives and nouns. However, in the linguistic environment of poetry, it is more analogical, figurative and exaggerated as mentioned above. Because of these, poetry will be more colorful, profound and vivid.
