The phenomenon of grammatical variation in English poetry is very common. These variations are regarded as absurd, logically confusing, and ungrammatical in ordinary language. But it can become a special and effective means of expression in language.
For example: You pays ?your money and you doesn't take your choice. We can't use grammatical rules to measure it. This is the expression method of poetry, but we don't have Western cultural heritage and can't understand poetry. Wonderful thing. You flee?my dream come the morning. This sentence is written in regular grammar like this:
You flee my dream when the morning comes. When dawn comes, you flee my dream.
If you write this sentence into poetry according to grammatical rules, you may lose a lot of expressiveness.
There are still many aspects of poetic language that cannot be measured by grammar. We must slowly understand the meaning of poetry.
