My intestines are broken and my tears are hard to hold back. Acacia returns to the Little Red Building. Love and knowledge have been blocked by mountains, and I often lean against the railings and cannot feel free.
Creation background:
In the winter of the eighth year of Chunxi reign of Emperor Xiaozong of the Song Dynasty (1181), Xin Qiji was impeached and lived in seclusion in Shangrao. This poem was written after the author was impeached and dismissed from office. It was his work when he was living in Daihu.
Translation:
Jackdaws in the evening, a sad scene. Only the willow trees in the pond send out green buds, showing a gentle scene. If I hadn't personally suffered the torment of separation and separation, I would never have believed that such a thing could happen overnight in this world.
The heart is broken, and the tears cannot be stopped. With a feeling of lovesickness, I climbed up to the Little Red Building again. I knew clearly that there were countless mountains blocking the sky in the distance, but I still couldn't help but lean on the railing and stare at it again and again.
