Li Bai: Thinking at night and looking at Lushan Waterfall, the Yellow Crane Tower bid farewell to Meng Haoran on the way to Yangzhou.
Du fu: longing for spring, quatrains, books.
Wang Wei: Acacia, embarrassment, farewell.
The original farewell:
say goodbye to
Don
Please have a drink with your horse and ask your friend where you are going. You said you would go back to Zhongnanshan because you were not proud of your life. Just left, I want to ask again, look at the white clouds floating.
Appreciation: This poem was written to send a friend into seclusion. There are six sentences in the whole poem, only the first paragraph is narrated, and five words describe that he rode a horse to see his friends off for a long distance, and then dismounted and set a wine to see them off. The place to dismount is also a place to drink, probably at the mountain pass leading to Zhong Nanshan. In this way, the topic is sufficient. The following five sentences are questions and answers with friends. The second sentence asks a friend where to go, which naturally leads to the following answer, and the transition to seclusion shows concern for friends. Three or four sentences are friends' answers. A seemingly prosaic sentence, when read carefully, is simple, affectionate and meaningful. Wang Wei's works are a hermit with his own shadow. As for why he is not satisfied, Du Fu and others must complain a lot, but only one point is mentioned here, which shows the elegance of character temperament, the rejection of secularity and the yearning for seclusion.
