As a Chinese teacher, I started my career as an intern teacher in xx Middle School. More than a month's internship has benefited me a lot. The internship report is summarized as follows:
The practice content is mainly Chinese teaching and the work of the class teacher. Besides, there are other jobs. Since I am an intern teacher, Chinese teaching is naturally the focus.
My internship class, Class X, Grade Two, is an excellent class. Their Chinese teacher, my tutor and director of the principal's office, has attracted much attention. They use new textbooks that I am not familiar with, which makes me feel quite stressed, because as their intern teacher, I always have to give them lessons. How to teach them well, how to teach them well, is an important and urgent problem for me.
After thinking about it, I decided to start with the instructor's class style. Since the tutor has taught so successfully, it is naturally a shortcut to learn his methods and absorb his experience. After two weeks of internship, I concentrated on listening to my tutor's class and trying to figure out his teaching style. The instructor is also very responsible and enthusiastically tells me how to attend classes, how to observe students in class, and how to make appropriate responses to different situations to improve the teaching effect. Generally speaking, the tutor's teaching style is to give students the right to speak in class. In his words, a class can make all the students understand, understand and learn something, and the class is successful. As for how to give students the right to speak, we mainly use the teacher's teaching method, that is, ask questions and analyze doubts. The so-called questioning and questioning analysis means that teachers first ask questions from the entrance of a text, then guide students to answer, analyze and turn to another question, and finally guide students to achieve the predetermined teaching objectives. Through this kind of questioning and analysis, combined with appropriate discussion and stylistic characteristics, some texts are taught by taste method and reading method. French educator Dihuidos said: The art of teaching is not to impart skills, but to inspire, awaken and inspire. So, how to motivate, awaken and inspire the audience? Let them participate in the class and give them more opportunities. Only in this way can students better integrate into the classroom, and only in this way can students' Chinese level be improved. Asking questions and solving doubts is undoubtedly a good teaching model to ensure students' participation in the classroom. After many times of practice, I found that this teaching mode has many advantages. Specifically, it helps students to think about various viewpoints, enhance the flexibility of their thinking, develop their ability to communicate ideas and viewpoints clearly, develop their analytical and comprehensive abilities, encourage them to listen attentively and politely, make their ideas and experiences respected, and make them co-creators of knowledge. Generally speaking, raising questions and analyzing doubts can fully enhance students' creativity, oral expression ability, adaptability and initiative.
While attending the class, I also conducted a survey on the Chinese level of my classmates. Through composition correction and understanding of self-study time and after-class time, we know that the Chinese level of this class is ok, the learning atmosphere of the whole class is very good, the classroom discipline and composition submission are very good, and students are conscious of previewing before class. More importantly, they hate traditional Chinese teaching and don't like teachers monopolizing the classroom. Obviously, the tutor's teaching method is very suitable for them.
The new textbook is also an important content that I need to learn. The new curriculum reform emphasizes cooperative learning, autonomous learning and inquiry learning. Undoubtedly, the guiding ideology of the new textbook is to give full play to students' initiative and creativity. My tutor also taught me how to study textbooks and prepare lessons after class. He asked me to familiarize myself with the textbook first, and then selected several articles in the textbook that I thought were helpful to students or related to the college entrance examination to write teaching plans. To choose something that is helpful to students or related to the college entrance examination, I need to understand the needs of students and the requirements and trends of the college entrance examination. The workload is huge, but it is undeniably necessary. Of course, good teaching can meet the needs of students, which may be the need to take the college entrance examination in reality, or it may be the need to solve students' confusion about life. For China literature, it is very important to meet the needs of the latter. Of course, the demand of the former cannot be ignored. After all, this is an extremely realistic problem, which cannot be avoided by a single accusation of "exam-oriented education". Knowing the needs of students and the situation of college entrance examination, I began to write lesson plans. The instructor told me that the lesson plan is used by both teachers and students, which is different from the general lesson preparation. In addition to reflecting the teaching ideas, it also leaves room for students to think. The questions in the lesson plan should be enlightening, which plays a key role in understanding the text and feeling the author's writing intention. Teaching ideas are not a big problem, and the setting of these enlightening questions is very knowledgeable. You should not only be very familiar with the textbook, but also have your own unique feelings, which is very brain-consuming.
When preparing lessons, my tutor also told me some precautions. When preparing lessons, don't cover everything, because it may be difficult to find what you want to talk about in class, just outline a few things and then add some important and key knowledge. You should be very familiar with the specific knowledge and keep it in your mind. In class, we don't follow the book, but adjust the teaching in time according to the progress of the class.
With the help of the instructor, my Chinese teaching practice can be said to be successful.
The work of the head teacher is also an important aspect of the internship. The head teacher is the manager, educator and designer of the class. In addition to normal education and teaching, he is also responsible for communicating and coordinating the relationship between teachers and students, which is a long way to go. The work of the head teacher is really complicated, and everyone has to ask questions. Go to the class early in the morning to check the morning reading and make attendance. When other teachers are in class, they sometimes go out of class to check the students' class situation, make good teaching plans, and sometimes help teachers maintain class order. These are all required courses for class teachers every day.
Because the instructor is the director of the principal's office, my desk is also arranged in the principal's office. When there is no class, I will also help with some work, such as copying and delivering some documents, answering the phone when there is no one in the office, receiving visitors and arranging the venue when I am busy. Although they are all trivial jobs with no substantive technical content, I have learned a lot of practical and useful things in these jobs, which is also an unexpected harvest of my internship.
The one-month internship of Chinese teacher is over, but there are many places worth pondering, especially Chinese teaching.
Below I will talk about my experience and feelings about Chinese teaching in combination with my own Chinese teaching practice.
In my opinion, to do a good job in Chinese teaching, we should mainly do three links, including extracurricular preview, preparing lessons before class and classroom teaching.
First, prepare lessons before class.
Preparing lessons before class mainly includes the following points: teaching content, preparing lessons in the teaching process and preparing lessons for students. These three aspects are essential and should be carried out on the premise of understanding students.
The preparation of teaching content is the preparation of classroom teaching subject. Teachers must be familiar with the texts they want to speak and train their oral ability. Teachers must set an example and blurt out the teaching contents. This requires teachers to have a full understanding of the content before class. Lesson preparation in the teaching process is the preparation for the classroom teaching process. Teachers should pay attention to their own teaching process in actual teaching, and proper handling is the art of teaching. Preparing lessons in the teaching process is closely related to preparing lessons in the teaching content. For specific texts, we need to have different teaching processes.
Preparing lessons for students is also the preparation for classroom teaching operation. Teachers should fully understand the students' level when preparing lessons, including their horizons and their learning level. The relevant knowledge we need to involve in classroom teaching should also proceed from the reality of students. Questioning is a good teaching method. If students are asked to answer questions blindly, it is often counterproductive. Attention should be paid to the scientificity and rationality of the question, and someone should answer it according to the learning level of specific students. These are all things that we must do when preparing lessons for students.
Generally speaking, preparing lessons before class is a necessary preparation for classroom teaching, which plays a very important role in the whole Chinese teaching, especially in classroom teaching.
Second, extracurricular preparation.
This is the necessary premise of the whole teaching activity. Generally, it includes the following preparations: improving teachers' own quality, correcting homework and test papers, and extracurricular exchanges between teachers and students.
First of all, as a Chinese teacher, we should first do our own Chinese teaching well, study hard and have a thorough understanding of the specific teaching subjects we are engaged in. This requires teachers to master the teaching syllabus, be familiar with the teaching materials, study the guidance materials in depth, and read books, newspapers and periodicals related to their own teaching extensively. In the process of extensive reporting, it is also possible to make necessary arrangements for important materials. Only after mastering a large amount of information in one's own mind and hands can we quote relevant knowledge in classroom teaching, thus expanding students' horizons, mobilizing students' interests and better completing teaching tasks.
Secondly, correcting homework and test papers is one of the important measures to understand students.
I have always heard from my former Chinese teacher that Chinese homework, especially composition, is very troublesome and hard to evaluate. I also proved this point after my own internship.
By carefully revising students' homework and test papers, teachers can understand their mastery of their own teaching content, so as to focus on it in the next lecture. A qualified teacher can also find a lot of small and important information from it.
What I changed most during my internship in xx No.2 Middle School was composition. When correcting the composition, I not only pay attention to their shortcomings in syntax, vocabulary and structure. , but sometimes they will find and understand the changes in their ideological status in their compositions. Thirdly, extracurricular communication between teachers and students is a necessary means to assist classroom teaching. According to my feelings as a student, it is very incorrect to think that teachers only finish their teaching tasks every day and then pick up books and turn around and leave. Selective communication between teachers and students after class, on the one hand, can handle the relationship between teachers and students, on the other hand, can understand their level and needs. During my short one-month internship, I had the opportunity to stay with my classmates and get to know their level and their opinions on my teaching.
Third, classroom teaching.
Classroom teaching is the main part of the whole teaching activity.
As the most humanistic subject, Chinese is an art class. How to teach well? Every Chinese teacher should shape and maintain a self-fulfilling teaching personality according to individual differences and student differences, and make continuous efforts to improve classroom teaching efficiency in an all-round way, learn more actively and develop independently. Classroom teaching should not only reflect the preparation of lessons before class, but also pay attention to the use of appropriate teaching skills.
(A) elaborate design and introduction, clever introduction of new courses.
As a Chinese class, good lead-in is half the battle.
The introduction before class is like a prelude to a symphony. It shouldn't be long. If it is too long, it will usurp the role of master. To the point, you can't design an introduction that has nothing to do with this lesson. There are many ways to design the lead, no matter which one, you can't deviate from the theme. If the design is improper, it will waste time and stimulate students' interest in learning new lessons.
Therefore, each of our teachers needs to carefully design the introduction of new courses and skillfully introduce new courses.
(B) closely linked to the text, highlighting key points, key breakthroughs, clear thinking.
To do this, teachers first need to understand the text, grasp the key points and difficulties of the text, and fully understand the reality of students, and determine what to say in detail, what to say slightly, and what kind of questions students will ask. Sometimes, teachers and students should grasp key paragraphs to guide students to explore, and strive to grasp key points and break through difficulties. Of course, when giving lectures, you should be clear-headed, and you can't hammer one thing in the east and one in the west. Questions should be targeted, not too big and too difficult. Some of our teachers put forward some questions that confuse the students as soon as class begins, such as "How is the theme of our class expressed?" Not to mention students, even teachers can't answer such questions at the moment. If we find some key sentences from the text for students to analyze and understand, gradually introduce the theme, and divide the big question into several small questions for students to explore, our questions will enable students to make correct answers after thinking and discussion. So our questions should be targeted, not too big and too difficult.
(C) Active classroom atmosphere
There are many ways to enliven the classroom atmosphere. Among them, teacher-student interaction is a good way to enliven the classroom atmosphere, and it is also an indispensable procedure in the classroom now. It can be roughly divided into teacher questions, class discussions and so on. There are two specific ways for teachers to ask questions in class: answering questions individually and answering questions all. From these two ways of asking questions, we can see that students are the main body. What about the teacher? The teacher plays the role of a guide here. You can give appropriate hints to your own questions so that students can answer them more accurately. We can also use flexible methods in class discussion, such as group discussion, group discussion and special discussion. But we must pay attention to the role of teachers and keep the atmosphere and theme of classroom discussion. The theme here is extracted from the text and is worth discussing.
In addition, reading in class is also a good way to enliven the atmosphere. Traditional Chinese teaching attaches great importance to reading aloud. "Read a book a hundred times and you will understand its meaning." . By reading aloud, you can find words you don't know and words you don't understand, and you can quickly understand the main idea of the article. Get infected from reading aloud, gain knowledge and understand the truth. You can demonstrate reading before class and let students read aloud with emotion after understanding the text. At this point, some teachers do a good job, and their vivid text reading deeply infects students.
Generally speaking, in the classroom, from asking questions to solving doubts to summing up, the teaching mode of asking questions and solving doubts has very high requirements for teachers. The extent to which teachers delve into textbooks, their ability to control the classroom and their flexible handling of teaching skills will all affect the effect of the whole class. Therefore, before class, we must study the teaching materials, determine the correct goals, establish the important and difficult points, find the entrance, design questions, get to know the students and take care of all the students, not just those who want to speak on their own initiative, so as to make themselves leisurely on the podium.
One month's Chinese teaching practice in middle school, the guidance of the instructor and my teaching practice have given me a lot of experience. In addition, I have heard several teachers' different teaching methods and learned a lot of experience, and found that each teacher will have his own different teaching style. I don't understand the true meaning of "teaching is inconclusive". I will try my best to dig these treasures and try to be an excellent teacher.
The above are some of my experiences in practicing Chinese teaching, among which there are bound to be many shortcomings. I believe that in the future teaching, I will be more strict with myself, keep learning and improve my teaching level.
Three languages are the most important communication tools and an important part of human culture. Chinese curriculum should be devoted to the formation and development of students' Chinese literacy. Chinese literacy is the basis for students to learn other courses well, and it is also the basis for students' all-round development and lifelong development. The multiple functions and basic functions of Chinese course determine its important position in the nine-year compulsory education stage.
Internship, like entering a social melting pot, is hard, even if it is bruised and bruised, you should be prepared. When I first went deep into the classroom, I encountered many problems that I didn't learn or think about at school. Argumentative students can't find the central argument, and poetry students can't remember it. The main reason is that students are not interested in Chinese. The ancients said, "Those who know are not as good as those who know, and those who know are not as good as those who are happy." Interest is an important condition for students to learn.
Writing my own internship summary in the teacher's office of senior three Chinese group, I began to feel that we were going to be "soldiers" on the battlefield, just like Teacher X said when he left school. When I bid farewell to this campus which is both a stage and a battlefield for me, I felt a lot.
These two months' internship has both joys and sorrows. Fortunately, under the training of the instructor, I learned a lot of teaching methods and accumulated a lot of experience in class management. The bitter thing is that I once again tasted the pain of "collecting information-summarizing information-preparing lessons-revising-giving lectures" in college. In short, my internship content can be summarized into two aspects, one is teaching activities, the other is,
Teaching, the so-called teaching and learning, is far from as simple as I thought. In principle, the school does not allow intern teachers to substitute for classes, so I became the class teacher in the last week of internship. I am glad to be able to take up this post to exercise myself, but I feel powerless in the face of high school students who have their own opinions, whether in teaching or class management.
I remember the first time I tried to give a lecture on the podium, and I was very nervous when I had a tutor behind me. I was delayed for a few minutes because I was not familiar with the operation of multimedia in class. The students expressed their opinions on the understanding of the article and the author's feelings, and some students raised new and difficult questions. At that time, I had just mastered what I had prepared, and I was a little at a loss about the sharp questions, so the whole classroom atmosphere suddenly became awkward. Finally, an instructor answered the questions raised by the students. On the other hand, I seem to be a little far-fetched about the connection between the upper and lower paragraphs of the text. Because of the gap in college students' thinking, there is a phenomenon of silence after I ask questions. Because my Putonghua level is not too high, although I read the text many times after class, I found that I couldn't pronounce the pronunciation correctly in the process of reading the text, and some students gave me advice. After a class, the teaching content of a class has not been completed, and I feel very failed. The teacher pointed out the shortcomings in my class and gave me solutions to the problems, encouraging me to continue my efforts. I reflected on my own shortcomings, and the atmosphere in the classroom was much better in the second class. After a week, I also summed up many problems that should be paid attention to in teaching, which should be regarded as a lot of gains!
Senior high school students are not as easy to manage as junior high school students. I had many thorny problems when I took over as head teacher. The problem is that high school students fall in love. Students are at a critical stage of psychological and physical growth and development. Their understanding of love is too vague. At first, they were deskmates. Due to the tension and pressure of study, there are usually some unpleasant things that may be discussed with the deskmate after class. 17-year-old deskmate of the opposite sex has great interest and curiosity about each other's inner secrets and encourages them to tell their happy or sad things. After a long time, they feel that the other party can recognize their own voice, which is very intimate. Their understanding of this friendship is as follows. In the course of class, I found that some students didn't listen carefully and sat at the same table whispering to each other. I talked to them privately, and their attitude in class improved. But to my surprise, two boys in the class fought for a girl, and one of them was badly beaten. I didn't know how to deal with this bloodshed, but I finally gave it to the instructor. The instructor told me not to panic in this situation. Go to the school doctor's office to deal with the injured students' wounds in time, and then inform the parents to explain what happened and explain the medical expenses. For students, I should take the form of persuasion and education and write a review. According to the instructor, the parents of these two students are easy to communicate with. He has met many parents who are difficult to communicate with before. I think I still have too little experience and am not calm enough in the face of fighting. I will make persistent efforts in the future.
I am very happy to be able to guide my classmates to participate in the "Star Torch" English recitation competition organized by our school during the week when I was in charge of the class. Due to the heavy study tasks, students lack time to participate in group activities. This recitation competition provides students who have been nervous for a long time with an opportunity to show themselves and relax themselves, so the students are very enthusiastic in the preparation stage. I collect materials for my classmates, and we rehearse poetry readings together according to their meaning. In the competition, all the students realized that it was very good, no matter in dress, facial expression or pronunciation. It really pays off. After a week's practice, our class won the first prize in the competition and entered the "English reading contest for senior high school students" organized by the county. In the communication with my classmates, I found that they are not as difficult to manage as I thought. In fact, as long as you communicate with the students with your heart and understand them deeply, you will not start the work of the class teacher.
The teaching and research activities of our Chinese group are held every Tuesday afternoon. In the teaching and research activities, I learned the teacher's knowledge about teaching and class management, and learned that today's classroom should be dominated by students, supplemented by teachers. In fact, this theory has been well implemented in our actual teaching. Among many teaching methods, I think the group cooperation method is the most effective. In class, it is inevitable that some students will be distracted and discuss problems in groups, which can promote some underachievers with relatively weak foundation to study actively. Even if you don't learn much from books, you can cultivate their sense of group cooperation and lay a good foundation for entering the society in the future.
Every effort in life will be rewarded. After this short internship, I learned a lot of unexpected things. As a future teacher, I think this experience and knowledge will be a rare asset for me. In any case, we should make persistent efforts in our future study and life!
Four years ago, as a Chinese teacher, I had a semester of internship teaching in xx Middle School. My tasks mainly included Chinese teaching and assisting some other work in the school. With the help of the leaders of xx Middle School and all the teachers, especially my tutor, I think I have gained a lot. The following is my internship report.
I didn't know I was going to teach Chinese in Grade Two until I came to xx Middle School. On the first day, the headmaster found me a good tutor. However, I learned later that my tutor was the lesson preparation leader of the Chinese Department of xx Middle School. So in normal times, I pay more attention to the teacher's words and deeds, hoping to really learn something from the teacher.
Because it is a second-year internship teaching, the materials prepared for the first year are useless! At that time, I was really nervous, because Class X in Senior Two was a special key class, with very good grades, and almost every subject was among the best, which gave me great pressure. How to teach Chinese well, how to communicate with students, how to deal with unexpected problems and so on, these problems have been bothering me at first. Then I thought about it and decided to start with the tutor.
So at the beginning of class, I paid great attention to every detail of guiding the teacher in class, took very detailed notes and tried to write down every word of the teacher. Moreover, before instructing the teacher to take a new lesson, I will prepare my own lessons first. After class, I will look at my teaching plan and compare it with my tutor's teaching plan. Through comparison, I will gradually find my own shortcomings! Ask the teacher modestly if you don't understand, and the tutor is also very enthusiastic and patient. She answered all my questions in detail, which benefited me a lot!
Every time I finish a class, my tutor gives me a serious comment. She gave me a lot of guidance, every step, every detail, lesson plans, students' reactions, what teachers should do in class and so on! And I will do a self-reflection and self-summary after class!
Because the Chinese teacher in Grade Two has been asking for leave one after another, I have been taking a substitute class. So there are thirteen classes in Grade One and Grade Two, and I have taken Chinese classes in nine classes. Of course, because the situation of each class is different, the discipline is good, the Chinese foundation is poor, and it is lively. It feels like the second day of the second day of xx Middle School is covered. So I also have the opportunity to contact different types of classes, and at the same time exercise my ability! For example, the handling of unexpected problems in class; Handling of class atmosphere; Adjustment of teaching methods, etc.
This half semester, from the beginning of class to now, I have been very nervous; From the beginning, the train of thought is not clear, and now it is organized; There was no connection with the present from the beginning. I feel that my teaching ability has been greatly improved, and my grasp of teaching materials has also been improved to a certain extent!
However, I think I still have a lot to learn and correct. Just like I know that I have always had a big problem, mainly in preparing lessons! In the process of preparing lessons, some contents of the text are often not selected. I always want to tell all the contents to the students. I always feel that this is the key point, and that is the key point, which leads me to spend a lot of time preparing lessons.
Another problem is that I think too well of the students, always thinking that what I said in class will be remembered by the students and I don't need to repeat it. And I always think about problems and explain them to students with my thinking. Sometimes the examples given in class may not be in line with the students' reality. So some students may have some difficulties in understanding some problems!
In view of these problems, I also consulted my tutor, who also gave me a lot of advice. In fact, the most essential thing is that I can't fully grasp or understand the key points and difficulties of a text, which also leads to problems in grasping the content of the text in the process of preparing lessons.
Although I have made some progress in this aspect in the recent teaching process, I will work harder to overcome these difficulties and improve my teaching level!
To paraphrase a teacher, I am in xx Middle School, which is actually equivalent to an on-the-job teacher. Because I teach Chinese in two classes, I know them better by chatting with students at ordinary times, so I also know what methods should be used to face different students. This is the so-called "suit the remedy to the case". Therefore, in getting along with students, I feel that I have done a good job!
In the work of Chinese teachers, I think the biggest problem is the discipline of students. This is also my biggest headache. I can still control the class during class, but when it comes to their self-study class, I think it is difficult to control it.
For half a semester, although I am very tired, I sleep no more than 7 hours every day. I have endless homework and classes every day, but I am very tired and enjoy it!
I have learned a lot in this half term, and I know that theory can't always be applied to practice. In the next internship, I will try my best to correct my shortcomings and do everything well!
