Zhao Yang, female, a national first-class actress, is an outstanding talent trained by the youth of Heilongjiang Pingju Art Center and a member of Heilongjiang Dramatists Association. 20 12 was awarded the honorary title of the third batch of "six batches" of young talents by the Propaganda Department of Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee.
