Article 1 The Shangcheng District and Jianggan District of Hangzhou shall be abolished, and a new Shangcheng District of Hangzhou shall be established, with the original administrative areas of Shangcheng District and Jianggan District (excluding Xiasha Street and Baiyang Street)
Article 2 The Xiacheng District and Gongshu District of Hangzhou shall be abolished, and a new Gongshu District of Hangzhou shall be established. The administrative areas of the former Xiacheng District and Gongshu District shall be the new Gongshu District, and the Gongshu District People's Government shall be located at No.1 Taizhou Road, Gongchenqiao Street.
Article 3 The Yuhang District of Hangzhou is abolished and a new Yuhang District of Hangzhou is established. The administrative areas of Yuhang Street, Cangqian Street, Xianlin Street, Wuchang Street, Zhongtai Street, Renhe Street, Liangzhu Street, Pingyao Town, Jingshan Town, Huanghu Town, Xianniao Town and Baizhang Town in the former Yuhang District are the administrative areas of the new Yuhang District, and the People's Government of Yuhang District is located in Wenyi, Cangqian Street.
Article 4 Linping District of Hangzhou is established, with the administrative areas of Linping Street, donghu street, Nanyuan Street, Xingqiao Street, Yunhe Street, Qiaosi Street, Chongxian Street and Tangqi Town in Yuhang District as the administrative areas, and the People's Government of Linping District is located at No.33 West Street of Linping Street.
