Pumi people

Lu Ruodiji, from the Pumi ethnic group, whose Han name is Cao Wenbin, is one of the famous contemporary young minority poets. He was born on December 3, 1967 in Cuiyu Township, Ninglang County. Member of the Communist Party of China, university culture. He is the author of poetry collections "I Once Belonged to the Primitive Vastness", "Selected Lyrical Poems of Lu Ruodiji", "There is no water purer than tears", etc. He has been published in "People's Literature", "Poetry Magazine", "National Literature", "Everyone", "Stars" Poetry Magazine, "Writers", "Selected Poems", "Poetic Trends", "Shanghai Literature", and "Furong" Publish works in other journals. His works were selected into the "Yearbook of New Chinese Poetry 1999", "Yearbook of New Chinese Poetry 2000", "Selected Chinese Poetry 2004", etc. Some works have been translated into foreign languages.
