Ancient poems describing spring scenery

Thank you for inviting me.

"Thousands of miles of warblers crow green and reflect red, and the flag wind of Shuizhai Mountain fruit wine. Four hundred and eighty halls in the southern dynasties, how many towers are misty and rainy. " -Du Mu's "Jiangnan Spring"

Author Du Mu (803-853), whose real name is Fan Chuan lay man. In the history of China's poetry, he is a very famous poet. He was a famous litterateur in the late Tang Dynasty, and he wrote the Seven Wonders very well. Among the seven poems he wrote, the most famous one is his poem of nostalgia. His articles are also very beautiful, and he is also called "Little Du Li" with Li Shangyin.

Jiangnan Spring is the most famous poem written by Du Mu describing the spring scenery in the south of the Yangtze River.

The words in the whole poem are light, and the poet describes a vivid, colorful and verve spring scene in extremely concise language, showing a profound and beautiful artistic conception and expressing the subtle and profound feelings in the poet's heart, which has enjoyed a high reputation for thousands of years.

(1) The first couplet, "A thousand miles of warblers sing green and reflect red".

These seven words are about spring scenery in the south of the Yangtze River. In the vast south of the Yangtze River, orioles sing, and clusters of green trees reflect clusters of red flowers.

"Thousands of miles" refers to the whole land of Jiangnan. The ancients often used words such as Qianli and Wan Li to refer to vast areas.

"Yingying" is the first image of spring scenery in the south of the Yangtze River in the poet's works. The ancients liked to use "Yingying" together with "Yanyu" and "Butterfly Dance", which was the easiest and favorite image for ancient poets to write about spring scenery.

Ti Ying describes sound from the perspective of hearing.

"Green Reflects Red" is to write the beauty of Jiangnan from a visual perspective, and to write the most unique feature of spring scenery in Jiangnan-colorful.

The poet wrote the beautiful scenery of the whole south of the Yangtze River from both auditory and visual aspects.

(2) Zhuan Xu's "Shuicun Mountain Guo Wine Flag Wind".

The poet wrote this sentence about the human landscape. There are villages by the water, battlements by the mountains, and wine flags floating in the wind. The core is the "wine flag".

Whether in Shuicun or Guo Shan, wine flags can be seen everywhere.

The poet used the word "wind" to describe the movement of wine flags fluttering in the wind in Shuicun mountain area.

This is the second feature of Jiangnan scenery in the poet's works.

Comparing the first sentence with the second sentence, you will find that the scenery described by the poet in the first sentence is unique to spring. Although the second sentence is also about the scenery in the south of the Yangtze River, it is not unique to spring.

This brings a problem-the title of the poem is Spring in the South of the Yangtze River. Theoretically, every sentence and word of the poet must be written around these three words. The first sentence is done, but the second sentence is not necessarily about spring scenery in the south of the Yangtze River.

In fact, the poet not only saw the unique scenery in spring, but also saw another image of Jiangnan-the wine flag. The poet is particularly sensitive to the wine flags floating in the wind, so he writes the wine flags in the spring scenery in the south of the Yangtze River.

So this "wine flag" is an artificial landscape. Writing this into the scenery of Jiangnan is related to the poet's unique feelings.

This sentence reveals the poet's special feelings for the wine flag. As long as there are wine flags, there are pubs, and as long as there are pubs, there are wines to sell.

Crisp and cheerful warblers come one after another, from among the green willows, the spring flowers are blooming, the bridges are surrounded by flowing water, and occasionally the wine flags of pubs are fluttering in the wind. The most typical image of Jiangnan is vividly reflected in this static and dynamic, red and green, nature and humanity. These scenes are dominated by the word "a thousand miles", just like a photographer using a wide-angle lens to show the bright and gorgeous spring scenery in Jiangnan.
