I. Theme

VI. Working Rules and Requirements
(1) rule.

5. The organizer will sign the Agreement on the Use of Creative Scheme of Popular Science Test Load with the winning individual or team, and the intellectual property rights shall be owned by both parties and shall not be used for other commercial activities without authorization.
6. The organizer will determine the creative scheme of popular science test load from the winning works, coordinate the designers and implementers to carry out detailed design and engineering development, and fly to deep space for popular science test with the engineering task.
7. The organizing committee has the final right to interpret the rules of this event.
