Poetry and Love in Spring

The Willow

Jasper dressed up as a tree,

Ten thousand green silk tapestries hang down.

I don't know who cut off the thin leaves,

The spring breeze in February is like scissors.

Theme of the poem: The tall willows are covered with new green leaves, which seem to be decorated with jasper. Countless wickers hang down from the tree like green ribbons. Whose skillful hand cut off these thin leaves? It turns out that scissors were cut by the spring breeze in February! The author of this poem praises spring and the vitality of nature by describing willow trees.
