Night tour of the new lake?
Song Shi Yang
Pinghu is quiet and the sky is full of water.
Walking in the clouds, to Xinghan.
The smoke is light and the mountains are light, the masts move, and the crows are scattered.
Stay in the desert at night, alone with geese.

[1] This poem can be found in Guishan Collection (Shi Yang,No. Guishan). The new lake refers to the Xianghu Lake which was presided over by Xiaoshan County, Yang Ren. Because of its unique lakes and mountains, "the mountains are beautiful and sparse, and the water is clear and clear." If it is Xiaoxiang, it will be named Xianghu. "
Xianghu Lake, since ancient times, has changed all the way. In the Song Dynasty, the ancient Xiang Lake was gradually silted up, and the lake was divided into small lakes by farmland and swamp, and drought and flood disasters often occurred in the surrounding nine townships. In the second year of Zhenghe (1 1 12), Shi Yang went to Xiaoshan as a county magistrate. When he heard the people's strong desire to build a lake, he decided to build a pond out of fear of difficulties and resistance. After more than a year's efforts, more than 37,000 mu of new lakes have been built, and more than 40,000 mu of surrounding fields have been irrigated.
Shi Yang was very excited. One autumn night, he traveled to Xianghu at night and wrote this song "Night Tour to a New Lake". This poem describes Shi Yang boating on the lake under the starlight. The lake is as level as a mirror, the stars and clouds in the sky are reflected in the lake, and the cruise ship on the lake crosses the stars like paddling in the Milky Way. The mountains are getting dark, the mast moves with the ship, and a waterfowl cries. All this made Shi Yang Taoran ecstatic. He sprouted on a hillside by the lake and wanted to stay with Qiuyan.
The whole poem is dynamic and appropriate, expressing Shi Yang's delight in the night view of the lake. Yang's happiness is the happiness of the people. For 900 years, Shi Yang's kindness and Shi Yang's diligence and love for the people, just like this poem, have remained in the memory of Xiaoshan people.
