and they are ringing in their dreams. They only have a name

Anyone who has quietly dabbled in modern poetry will recite a few poems by Zheng Chouyu, such as:
"My horseshoe is a beautiful mistake ∕ I'm not a returnee, I'm a passer-by ..."

Yang Mu called him "China poet of China" in "Legend of Zheng Chouyu", which is a very high praise, especially when the "horizontal transplantation" swept the Taiwan Province poetry circle, Zheng Chouyu kept the beautiful charm of Song Ci and Yuan Qu alone, and readers' care for the classics could not be satisfied without Zheng Chouyu's poems. That is to say, in terms of the above-mentioned golden sentences, there are natural exercises in the stress on phonology (such as the imitation sound and meaning of "Dada's horseshoe"), the intentional misconnection of words (such as "beautiful mistakes" and "unbearable spring") and the strangeness of imagination (such as "mountains are solidified waves" and "homesickness in one step"). "Like nature" refers to the natural state after forging words and refining sentences, and also refers to the round and natural feeling that the whole poem gives people. Among many modern poems, Zheng Chouyu's natural beauty is an important reason why he continues to have most readers.
Take "Skylight" as an example. In the first paragraph, I imagine myself as a person lying on my back in a well. In the dark, I look up at the depth of the sky as if I were in a well. Because of this well character, the first sentence only says, "The stars all come to draw water from my roof tile", and I have to push back from the second line on the way. Therefore, when reading the first line, the reader has a sense of surprise. It was not until the second line that I realized the image of the skylight and the "well" formed by me and the night sky
Before the skylight, I seemed to be covered with ice and snow, and I couldn't see the beauty of everything. With the skylight, "it's like uncovering the ice and snow with my own hands". The ice and snow is a symbol of winter, and it shows that my emotions are dormant like hibernation, from winter to spring, because this layer of ice and snow has been uncovered. "Spring" is an irresistible spring, and the longing to break through the ground is revealed from now on. The word "unbearable" makes people want to move from the bottom of their hearts, as if the information of spring was born from there. "Spring" can be answered by "Uncovering the Ice and Snow" in the previous sentence, and you can call "Spring Spring" and "The name ringing in the dream" in the next paragraph, because those beautiful dreams come when spring comes.
Zheng Chouyu doesn't shy away from the vulgar word "beauty", and "all the stars are beautiful", which is taboo in other ordinary poets. Zheng Chouyu used it twice in a row, so why is it not vulgar? That's because the following sentence is not vulgar. He gave you the concept and immediately gave you a beautiful "image". Among many stars, he missed "the blue little star in the south". For this little star, he said that "the tinkling earthenware bottle hasn't hung down yet". Tao Ping's simplicity is admirable, and the sound of tinkling is enough to make people feel good about the blue little star. Hanging down the pottery bottle still echoes the first sentence "drawing water."
In the last paragraph, this little star has become the object of his eternal suspense. "There is only one name that rings in dreams." "Ringing" means "tinkling" in writing pottery bottles, which means reading. "That name is as comfortable as running water ..." This is the "good" beauty of Xingzi. So: Zheng Chouyu's name is written on the water.
