According to the requirements of the Henan Provincial Education Examination Agency, all candidates taking the exam must complete it before 12 noon every day For health reports, the deadline for reporting is 12:00 on the day the exam ends. Each person can only report once per day and cannot report repeatedly.
1. Download and install
1. Android users download the APP: search for "Health Report" through the mobile application market, or download and install it.

3. After the download is completed, the "Health Report" icon will automatically be generated on the mobile desktop. Click the icon to enter the login interface, enter the candidate number, password, and verification code, and click the login button. Enter the check-in interface. Note: If the verification code is unclear, you can click on the verification code to refresh it.
2. Authorize application permissions
After successful login, you will enter the application filling page. When you enter for the first time, you will apply for permissions. Please be sure to allow the application to use positioning permissions, otherwise the positioning will fail. Follow-up process It cannot be performed normally, so [please be sure to agree to the application's permission application]. If the positioning fails to be obtained due to network reasons or other circumstances, you can try to click "Get Positioning" to obtain it manually. Before obtaining it, please check whether the GPS positioning function of your mobile phone is turned on.
3. Candidate health check-in
Get the position: Click to get the position and make sure the position is correct.
Note: If you are in a city outside the test center, the system will pop up a "warm reminder", please read it carefully to avoid delaying the test.
IV. Health status
Select [Health] or [Cough or body temperature higher than 37.3℃] or [Others] for your current health status;
