What software is better for document manager and how to use it?

I have used several mainstream literature management softwares, including Endnote, Mendeley, Zotero, Refwork, Noteexpress and Notefirst. Online versions are Refwork, Endnote(Web), Mendeley and NoteFirst. The first two of these online versions are not designed by the client, so it is impossible to use them directly offline on the network. Only the online version and the stand-alone version of Mendeley and NoteFirst have the same design.

The advantage of the online version of the software is that users can synchronize their latest personal databases in different places and on different computers.

Mendeley is a foreign software, and the interface refers to the design of MP3. For us, the biggest problem is that there is no localization of Chinese, and the demand for submission of China periodicals is poor. Notefirst is a domestic software, which supports Chinese and Chinese national standards very much.

Therefore, my recommendation is that if you are a big English cow, you often need to use Mendeley to write English papers. If you are a China periodical paper, you should use NoteFirst first first.
