【 Application 】 It is often used with Perilla frutescens, Asari and Schizonepeta tenuifolia to treat common cold, aversion to cold, fever, headache and nasal congestion. Wind-heat cold and headache are often combined with honeysuckle, forsythia and kudzu root. For patients with wind-cold, dampness-cold, aversion to cold and fever, headache and forehead pain, and severe limb epidemic, it is often used with Fangfeng, Notopterygium and Radix Angelicae Pubescentis. When the exterior syndrome is cured, the headache can be cured. Headache with persistent head wind is often used with Chuanxiong, Schizonepeta Spike, Asarum and Vitex negundo. For toothache, it belongs to wind-cold, and is often used with asarum, Vitex negundo and Nivespae. For wind-heat syndrome, it is often combined with gypsum, coptis root and Cimicifuga rhizome. For rheumatism and joint pain, it is often used with rheumatism-removing drugs such as Clematis, Asarum and Radix Angelicae Pubescentis. For sinusitis, it is often used with Flos Magnoliae, Fructus Xanthii and Herba Menthae. For wind eczema and itching, it is often used with Kochia scoparia, Sophora flavescens and Dictamni Radicis.
