What does the name "The Art of War in Eight Arrays after the Wind" mean?

The "Wind Empress" in Sun Tzu's Art of War Eight Arrays after the Wind refers to the descendants of Emperor Yan, the general of Xuanyuan Huangdi. Yunyan Palace, namely Xuanyuan Huangdi Palace, is a three-story building with two houses from south to north to commemorate the battle between Huangdi and Chiyou. There are more than ten existing palaces, Xuanyuan Gate, Wujiang Gate and inscriptions.
