According to the custom at that time, some important documents formed in the Qing Dynasty should be copied and sent to Shengjing for preservation, including the old files, records, hadith and imperial seals of the Qing Dynasty. Now they are kept in this museum and the First Historical Archives of China. But more of them belong to the local archives of Shengjing in Qing Dynasty, including 28 cases, about 6.5438+0.6 million volumes. Can be divided into two parts. First, the flag service file: The Eight Banners system is a unique military and political system in the Qing Dynasty. ? The Qing emperor Nurhachi made his fortune by the Eight Banners. After the establishment of the Qing Dynasty, we continued to reform, develop and improve the Eight Banners system. This museum keeps the archives of Shengjing Interior Office, General Manager of Sanling and other official offices that manage flag affairs. A household register with three flags of Shengjing's internal affairs office, namely, yellow flag, yellow flag and white flag; There are records of official villages and flag lands; It is particularly worth mentioning that there are 1 149 Manchu-Chinese documents exchanged between Shengjing Interior Office, Beijing Interior Office and Shengjing Ministry, which are called "black files". It has an early age (beginning in the fourth year of Shunzhi), a long span (ending in the eleventh year of Xianfeng), complete literature and rich content. Second, the administrative office documents: this part of the file is relatively large, and the important and complete whole clan includes the military and political governor's office (that is, General Shengjing and the yamen of the governors' offices in the three northeastern provinces), the Fengtian Negotiation Bureau, the Fengtian Negotiation Department, the Fengtian Port Opening Bureau and the Huangmeng General Administration.
