Fengtai Station (Fengtai Railway Station) is located in Zhengyang Street, Fengtai Town, Fengtai District, Beijing. It is adjacent to the West Fourth Ring Road in the east, the Third Ring Road in the west, the Fengtai District Party Committee and Government in the north and Fengtai Garden in Zhongguancun Science Park in the south, and is known as the "South Gate" of the capital.
Fengtai Station was built in 1895 and put into operation in 1899. Today, Fengtai Station is a comprehensive special station integrating passenger, cargo, transportation and equipment under the jurisdiction of Beijing Railway Bureau.
