Longgang's internal mental method uses the essence of heaven and earth to exercise, practice qi and generate strength, and the qi penetrates the whole body to naturally dredge the meridians of the whole body. There is no need to seek the skill of Sunday, and the internal qi is naturally sufficient. Dantian is only the root cause. Most people have a strong spiritual sense at the beginning of practice, and this method is simple and feasible, not limited by time and place, and it is feasible everywhere. If you do the overall skills, you can use gas to protect your body without any equipment. The ability to hurt people! You can know the authenticity of this skill by practicing it carefully according to the original method! Enjoy the miracle of China!
Swing high horse posture: stand with feet parallel to shoulder width, knees slightly bent to toe level, upper body upright, lower abdomen not protruding, chest not bulging, head upright, tongue on upper palate, palms of both hands overlapping inward, right hand on the back of left hand (female left hand is outside), palms attached to one and a half inches below navel (this is the point of Qi Hai, where Xiadantian is located, and two fingers are one and a half inches away from navel). Close your eyes gently, concentrate your thoughts on the lower abdomen (in the lower abdomen) and look at the lower abdomen (assuming you look at the lower abdomen). Breathing is slow, even and deep (Figure 1- 1). Practice for about 2 minutes.
On the basis of the high horse style, the arms are slightly straight and separated left and right, the palms are down, the fingers are slightly straight, and the arms are in a "one" shape at the side of the body, shoulder-high and inhale; Idea: Pure Yin Qi is sucked out of the ground by me, enters Laogong point in the palm of my hand, flows into my heart through my arms and shoulders, and the two qi merge in my heart. Exhale; The inner air mass falls into the abdomen and the abdomen bulges. Carefully experience the feeling of air flow and the feeling of flowing in the body (Figure 1-2). Exercise 5- 10 minutes or so.
Swing frame type: connected type; Hands up, palms up, inhalation idea: warm and soft sun gas is inhaled by me from Laogong point in the palm of my hand and flows into my heart through my arms and shoulders. Exhale; The inner air mass falls into the abdomen and the abdomen bulges. Carefully experience the feeling of air flow and the feeling of flowing in the body (Figure 1-3). Exercise 5- 10 minutes or so.
Power-receiving type: the posture is restored to "high horse posture", and the idea is that two yin-receiving and rotating are integrated into a red luminous air mass in the abdomen. Keep breathing slowly, evenly and deeply. Exercise 5- 10 minutes or so.
Chapter II Five Internal Forces
This chapter focuses on practicing internal kung fu on the basis of internal skill and mental method. If this skill is achieved, the whole body can be like one, and the whole body can be wrapped in cotton and iron. Keep working for a month and you will see the same effect. Five types of internal strength is an important method to train qi and blood to rush, resist and attack.
Prepare for the performance: put on airs for 2 minutes.
The first type: gas permeates the palm; Put your hands into palms, raise your straight arms from both sides of your body to shoulder height, stand your palms up, and take the palm knife as the force point (Figure 2- 1). Key points: when inhaling, the whole body contracts slightly around the abdomen, and the breath is closed: the head, palms and legs extend in all directions. Ideas; Inhale into the abdomen, hold your breath and penetrate the palm, as hard as iron, and exhale to relax. Repeat 10-20 times.
A detailed explanation of holding your breath: after fully inhaling, hold your breath instantly, go all out, buckle your teeth, grab your toes and tighten your anus. Every muscle of the whole body should be tightened, including the neck, the whole arm, the chest and abdomen, the buttocks, the thighs and the ankles, in short; Be nervous all over. You can check with your mind to see if your body is nervous. Especially abdominal tightness is the most obvious. Time is 3-5 seconds. Holding one's breath is also a common breathing method in hard qigong, which is unique to China. Often accompanied by hum, ha, hey. Because letters and telegrams are not easy to master, I won't introduce them.
Note: Through this type of training, qi and blood can be gathered in the palm knife, laying a foundation for palm stone cutting and martial arts. It can harden the palm and enhance muscle strength. Holding your breath can greatly increase the electrostatic force of the human body, thus stimulating muscle strength.
The second type: iron fist fixed arm: conjoined; Make a fist with your palms (Figure 2-2), with your fists facing up, inhale and abdomen, hold your breath and penetrate your arms, lift forcibly 10 cm, and exhale and relax. Repeat 10-20 times. Specific rules are the same as above. (Figure 2-3)
Note: Through this type of training; Can practice hard fists and hard arms. Boxing is penetrating.
The third type: pushing the finger through the wall: connecting type; Elbows are ribbed, palms are horizontally extended, fingertips are forward, and forearms form a 90-degree angle with big arms (Figure 2-4). Inhale into the abdomen, and the breath of the abdomen is poured into the fingers, as hard as iron. Straighten your arms, insert your fingers into the solid wall (Figure 2-5), and exhale to relax. Repeat 10-20 times.
Note: This can make ten fingers stiff and enhance internal strength, and there will be a feeling that internal qi urges the fingers to swell. Lay the foundation for more advanced finger-playing two-finger Zen in the future.
The fourth type: Shuanglong grabs pearls: the following types; Elbows are lifted outward from left to right, and hands are relatively separated, which is larger than elbows. Your hands are claws (Figure 2-6), and you are full of inspiration. Hold your breath, clench your fists with both hands, clench your claws, and press your arms inward at the same time (Figure 2-7), and exhale to relax and recover. Idea: Use hard hands to level the iron ball. Repeat 10-20 times.
Note: This kind of exercise can improve grip strength, finger strength and toughness. Strengthening this kind of exercise can be used for grasping, which is very powerful and lays the foundation for advanced eagle claw strength and acupuncturing.
The fifth type: diamond shock body: conjoined body; Elbow abduction is shoulder height (Figure 2-8), and the inhalation is full; Blow through your nose, and at the same time, hit your ribs with your arms and shake your body with your arms (Figure 2-9). Idea: inhale into the abdomen and blow qi and blood to resist the tide. Repeat 15-30 times.
Note: This formula can directly improve the anti-seismic ability and resistance of internal organs.
Work: Walk high for 2 minutes. Or swallow 5- 10, refer to Yijinjing 12 formula.
Chapter III Protection Strength and Advantages
As the saying goes, "if you want to learn to hit people, you must learn to be beaten first." When learning martial arts, not being injured is the first choice. By practicing this skill for a short time, you can gain deeper skills, so that the incoming force will not enter the body, and you can use the surge to shock your opponent and break the wooden stick.
Exercise preparation: You can do five internal exercises, and if you practice alone, you should do high horse for 2 minutes first.
The first type: jet chest protection: while inhaling, hands are shoulder-height apart from both sides and palms are forward (Figure 3- 1). When the inhalation is full, stop for a while, then hit the chest hard with your hands and palms, and blow through your nose to counter the coming force (Figure 3-2). Keep your chest tight while breathing. Idea: inhale into the abdomen, hold it to your chest when you stop, and spray it, as hard as steel and elastic. Practice 40 times repeatedly. Chest qi returning to the field.
Note: Flapping can enhance the elasticity of the chest. The more you practice, the more developed your chest muscles are. The chest is where the lungs are. Deep breathing can make the lungs full of oxygen, patting the chest and blowing air can strengthen the lungs, and the gas in the chest is more abundant, which not only protects the gas, but also enhances the elasticity and can play a buffering role. Long-term practice will make your fists weak. Anyone with thin chest muscles, insufficient temperament, overweight or thin figure will practice this to enrich and strengthen. After practicing for half a month, you can add boxing slaps or not.
The second type: Tiedantian: the following types; When inhaling, raise your head with your left hand clenched (Figure 3-3). When inhaling fully, the left fist will hit the abdomen with downward force, and at the same time it will bounce back by spraying the abdomen with the nose (Figure 3-4), and the left and right fists will be hit 100 times. Then: when inhaling, raise your head with both hands clenched (Figure 3-5) and inhale fully; The falling force of the fist hit both sides of the abdomen at the same time, and the abdomen swelled and rebounded, hitting 50 times. Idea: inhale into the abdomen, stop and cover the abdomen, and spray as hard as iron.
The third type: iron belly work: one-piece style; When inhaling, raise your left fist above your head and inhale fully. At the same time, the left fist hits the abdomen with the falling force of the fist wheel, and at the same time, it bounces back with the nasal spray (Figure 3-6), hitting the navel straight from the heart to the navel. Repeated practice, left and right hands hit 100 times. Then, raise your head with a fist, fully inhale, drop your fist with the power of the fist wheel and hit both sides of your navel (Figure 3-7), while blowing and boosting your strength. Hit it from top to bottom until it is parallel to the navel, and directly hit the area near the ribs from the midline (Figure 3-8). Practice 50 times repeatedly. Idea: inhale into the abdomen, stop and cover the abdomen, and spray as hard as iron.
Note: In the training of Tiedantian, because the Tian Dan is the position where the internal shot is taken, the Qi machine in Tiedantian can be started with a hard shot, and the inside and outside are consistent, and the abdomen is like iron. Most people's martial arts are gradually formed after practicing for about 3-7 days. In 20-30 days, you can resist the heavy punches of people with similar qualities, without hurting. The iron belly skill is difficult to practice because of the heart, but it is not difficult to master this skill through hard practice. Generally, after 5- 10 days of training, the back-hitting skills will be gradually improved, and people with similar quality will be able to fight after 20-40 days. Punching itself requires a solid fist and hitting with a fist wheel. It is advisable to hit the internal organs with a sense of vibration, but it will not take long to hurt the internal organs without shaking the skin.
The fourth formula: iron rib work: as follows; Idea: inhale to the abdomen, then to the left and right ribs, then raise your left hand, make a fist and beat the left rib (Figure 3-9), hit the waist from top to bottom (Figure 3- 10), and spray a drum force with your nose, such as iron. Hit the right rib in the same way (Figure 3- 1 1, 3- 12). That was once, * * * 9 times. Go back together.
Note: practice this style until you can withstand heavy punches, and you can hit it with a small sandbag, which is better. After about 20 days, the resistance gradually formed. After 30-60 days of hard training, people with the same quality can fight with boxing gloves. Although their skills are improved, they can resist kicking.
The fifth type: iron back work: continuous body type; Hit the kidney area 50 times with the back of fist (Figure 3- 13, 3- 14). Blow air to expand and activate the kidney area when hitting. However, your partner kicks your back from top to bottom. Blow when you are hit and tighten your back. You can also hit the wall with your back when practicing by yourself.
Note: the back is very strong, and it will resist kicking with a little practice. Practice should be light to medium.
Work: Walk high for 2 minutes. Or swallow 5- 10.
The fourth chapter three tricks of hard work
Choose three simple and quick hard exercises for everyone to choose from.
Luo Han's iron head is hard and fast.
This skill is a simplified form extracted from traditional skills, which is easy to learn, fast and safe. My students' practice has proved that the bottle can be opened in 3-5 days and the brick can be opened in 3 weeks. 40-60 days' skill can break slate and steel plate. It is also effective in treating neurasthenia.
Exercise method: spread your feet shoulder-width, press Baihui point on the top of your head against the concrete floor (the floor should not be too cold), put your hands behind your back, or grab your trouser legs (Figure 4- 1). Thinking: Inhale into the abdomen, exhale at Baihui point, hold for 10 minute, hold your breath for nine times, and get up and do abdominal sinking for three times (Figure 4-2 and Figure 4-3). Exhale to relax the chest and abdomen bulge, and guide the gas from the top of the head down into the abdomen. Move the neck, then use the head bag (one and a half feet long, with half a foot of mung beans in it, 7 or 8 cm in diameter) to quickly hit the hairline on the top of the head for 20 times (Figure 4-4), exhale and relax, and practice repeatedly 15-20 groups. You can also fight with a jet plane. Earn work and sink your stomach.
Note: Baihui point is located in the middle of the head just above the ear. This article was published in Wu Soul magazine.
Published in the seventh issue of 1998, hundreds of readers wrote letters to express the magic speed of this work, and all practitioners were successful. Most of my face-to-face students practice for 3-5 days and begin to test their progress. Yang Dayong, a student, did a test of broken bricks on his head after practicing for 8 days.
Iron-bone fist strength
Exercise book: Fists are as hard as iron, and punches can crush bricks and stones. No one who punches is spared heavy losses. In actual combat, increase the strength several times, and practice better after hitting sandbags or wall bags.
Exercise method: the left fist surface is supported on the concrete floor, the feet overlap and the body is straight (Figure 4-5). Thinking: Inhale into the abdomen, exhale the internal gas and rush to the fist face, sink to the ground, hold on for 2 minutes, and practice after changing fists 12 minutes.
Note: After practicing, gently rub your fist face and shake your hands and wrists. Don't hit hard objects. This simple exercise method has a miraculous effect on improving the hardness of fists, and it is normal for fist joints to be black and peeling.
Zhenshanmei Palace
Practice this book for 65,438+00 days, and you can make enemies and kick out of the house and get seriously injured in 20-50 days (you need to cooperate with the practice of Yijin Jing). You can easily crush 3-5 bricks by stepping on the gravel board, and the practice method is extremely simple.
Exercise method: inhale, tuck in and sink into the soles of your feet, then lift your left foot, with your knees at the same height as your navel (Figure 4-6), and then step on the bricks on the ground (Figure 4-7) for 200 times. Change your right leg to practice.
Note: practice lightly at first, so as not to hurt yourself if you don't practice kung fu well, and then increase your strength when you get used to it. Put a brick first, and then mend it if the foot is broken.
Chapter V Cultivation Matters
1, do not practice after meals 1 hour, and do not eat after work 1 hour.
2. You are not allowed to practice your internal skills when there is thunder and lightning. Others can practice.
Do not practice other qigong within 3.2 months.
4, practice * * * must focus on quiet.
5. Don't practice after drinking.
6. Do not practice outdoors on windy days.
7.30 minutes when there is sweat, don't use a wet towel to wipe the sweat, take a bath or let the wind blow. Wipe with a dry towel.
It may seem a little troublesome, but it's better to abide by it.
