Second prize: it has high academic and theoretical value, occupies a leading position in this research field, and has unique ideas and opinions on exploring and solving important theoretical and practical problems, which is highly praised by academic circles and society.
Third Prize: It has academic value and theoretical value, plays a positive role in solving important theoretical and practical problems, and is well received by academic circles and society. Article 8 The principles of the Ministry of Justice's Award for Outstanding Scientific Research Achievements:
