What's the difference between the design code of archives building and the construction standard of archives?

There are relevant specifications in the Code for Architectural Design of Archives and the Standard for Archives Construction. The difference between the two is mainly considered from different angles. The design code mainly considers the internal structure, size and use requirements of the building, with emphasis on the internal structure and use. The construction standard is considered from the macro direction, but it is much more detailed than the design specification.
