Rosacea, also known as red nose, refers to diffuse flushing and telangiectasia of the face, accompanied by recurrent papules, pustules and edema. Traditional Chinese medicine calls it "alcohol nose".
This disease is more common in middle-aged and elderly women, menopausal women and adolescent men.
