Talk about your opinion of Master Kumarajiva!

Kumarajiva (Sanskrit Kumara Agiwa) (AD 344 ~ 4 13) was originally named Kumoro Kaosha, his father's name was Kumoro Yang, and his mother's name was Kaosha. Even his parents' names were translated into Chinese as "Tongshou", that is to say, although he was still a child. She was also named after Dover Moro's wife, Kumarajiva's wife, and Sanzang Roche.

Misunderstanding about names: Kumalo is a surname and what is a first name. His surname Kumoro has not been translated. If you want to translate it, translate it into tong, tong and tong. What's its name? Only one word is missing. It should be called Shipo in Kumarajiva. Shipo hasn't translated yet If translated, it should be translated into the word birthday. Shouzi's full name is Tong Shou. Now we are very confused and confused. It is unreasonable to say that he had the virtue of being an elder when he was a child, called Tong Shou. In fact, Tong is his surname and his name is Shou.

In the Eastern Jin Dynasty, the late Qin Dynasty became a monk. Together with Zhen Zhen (499-569) and Xuanzang (602-664), they are called the three major Buddhist translators in China. In addition, I ching (700-7 1 1) (also known as bukong (743-774)) is called the four major translators.

Originally from Tianzhu, he was born in Qiuci (now Kuche County, Xinjiang). In his early years, he became a monk, first learning Mahayana, and then learning Mahayana from scratch, especially being good at Prajna and proficient in Chinese. I have traveled to Tianzhu, visited the famous teacher Dade, and explored the wonderful meaning. He is young, diligent, knowledgeable and memorized, so he is highly regarded and respected. In the third year after the Eastern Jin Dynasty, at the beginning of Qin Dynasty (40 1 year), Yao Xing sent someone to Chang 'an (now northwest of Xi City, Shaanxi Province) to translate classics and became a great translator in China. He led more than 800 disciples and translated 74 volumes of Maha Prajna, Fahua, Vimala, Amitabha, King Kong and other classics, as well as Zhong, Bai, Twelve Men and Great Wisdom. Because translation is very concise and fluent, and uses natural explanations skillfully, it is deeply loved by everyone and widely circulated, making great contributions to the development of Buddhism. The theory of Guanzhong School is the origin of the three major schools in later generations. Buddhist practitioners and Tiantai Sect were founded by their translation of Confucian classics. Famous disciples are Daosheng, Seng Zhao, Daorong and Monk Rui, collectively known as the "Four Saints".

Kumarajiva's father, Cuomo Luo Yan, is a blessed man with a distinguished family background and friends from generation to generation. His father, Komodo, is a charming and well-known person. Kummeroyan is talented and virtuous, and should inherit his throne. However, he not only refused, but also resolutely became a monk. Later, he went to Qiuci in the east. King Qiuci admired his Gao De very much, so he personally greeted him in the suburbs and invited him to be a Buddhist.

Kumarajiva's mother, the sister of Wang Baichun of Qiuci, is smart and talented. She will never forget anything and understand its meaning. He has a red mole, which is the characteristic of having a son according to the law of life. She is a teenager, and although there are dignitaries from all over the world competing to propose marriage, she refuses to agree. When I saw Cuomo Luo Yan, I fell in love with him and decided to marry him.

When Kumarajiva's mother was pregnant, her memory and understanding doubled, and she could even learn Tianzhu without a teacher. Everyone was very surprised. An Arahant Dharma Qusha said: "This phenomenon must be a wise child. When Sharifusu was born, his mother was often wise, which is a precedent. " When Kumarajiva was born, his mother immediately forgot the Tianzhu language.

Soon, Kumarajiva's mother wanted to become a monk, but her husband refused. Later, she gave birth to a boy named Foshativa. When she went out to visit the city, she saw dead bones scattered everywhere on the wasteland. She thought she was suffering and vowed to become a monk. However, her husband Cuomo Luo Yan insisted on not agreeing, so she started a hunger strike. Six days later, she was exhausted and dying. Her husband had to reluctantly agree. However, before she lost her hair, she resolutely refused to eat any food, so she immediately ordered people to shave their hair before eating. I was formally ordained the next day, and then I practiced Zen, specializing in it, and finally got the first fruit of Sudoku.

At that time, Kumarajiva was seven years old and became a monk with his mother. Kumarajiva follows the teacher's instructions and recites thousands of poems every day. A poem has 32 words, totaling * * * 32,000 words. So after reciting the classic A-Da-Mo, the teacher explained the meaning for Kumarajiva. I didn't expect Kumarajiva to know these wonderful truths himself. He didn't need to guide them sentence by sentence.

Because Kumarajiva's mother is King Qiuci's sister, people all over the country provide special support for their mother and son. Kumarajiva's mother was afraid that generous welfare would affect her spiritual career, so she fled other countries with her son. At this time, Kumarajiva was only nine years old. He followed his mother across the Xintou River to Ke Penn, and met the famous German mage Pantouda (the cousin of Ke (Ji)). Kumarajiva prevented him from studying the four-million-word China Agama Sutra. Pandora often praised Kumarajiva's wisdom and talent. Hearing this, Bao Wang was full of praise and invited him into the palace. At the same time, he called many outsiders to ask questions together. As a result, the pagans were all impressed. Therefore, King Corbin respected Kumarajiva more and supported him as a guest.

When Kumarajiva was twelve, his mother took him back to Qiuci. Kumarajiva's reputation is far-reaching, and many countries compete to hire him, but Kumarajiva is not tempted at all. At this time, Rush's mother led him to Yueshi Beishan. When an arhat saw Kumarajiva, he was very surprised and told Rush's mother, "You should always guard this little novice monk. If he can live to the age of 35 without breaking the precepts, he will carry forward Buddhism and spend countless lives. 」

Soon, their mother and son arrived at the shale, and Kumarajiva, at a young age, easily put the Buddha bowl on her head. At this moment, he thought to himself, "The Buddha's bowl is very big. Why is it so light? " As soon as I had this idea, I immediately felt that the weight of the Buddha bowl was too big and the strength was not enough. Without knowing it, the Buddha bowl fell down immediately. When his mother asked why, he replied, "Children have different hearts, so the Buddha's bowl is different from the Buddha's bowl." 」

Kumarajiva followed his mother and participated in the study and dissemination of Buddhism in various places, which not only reached a higher level in Buddhism, but also became famous all over the world.

King Qiuci personally went to Wensu to welcome Kumarajiva and his mother back to China for enlightenment. Qiuci was originally a Hinayana teaching method, and Kumarajiva held a Mahayana banquet. All the people who heard it were full of joy and admiration, and felt that it was a long time since we met. At this time, Kumarajiva was twenty years old, so he was appointed to the palace and learned the ten-chanting method from Bellomo fork.

Soon, Kumarajiva's mother decided to practice in Tianzhu. She bid farewell to King Qiuci and said, "Your national fortune is going to decline." She went to Tianzhu alone, brave and diligent, which proved that Ana rarely achieved three results.

When she was going to Tianzhu, she once said to Kumarajiva, "The esoteric teachings of Mahayana, and so on. , can only rely on your strength to East China (China). But this magnificent thing, for you, is not good at all. What should you do? 」

Kumarajiva replied, "The way of Mahayana is to benefit others and forget yourself. If I can spread the Buddha's enlightenment and awaken the misty sentient beings, I will suffer from the stove soup, but I have no resentment at all. 」
