The first step: first, carry out graphic design and typesetting, and typesetting design is also called layout. The so-called layout means that in a limited layout space, for example, making a book as big as A4, and then combining and arranging the elements of A4 layout according to the needs of specific content, which is also called layout design.
The so-called layout, that is, in a limited layout space, according to the needs of specific content, the layout elements-text fonts, pictures and graphics, wireframes, color blocks are combined and arranged.
Step 2: CTP plate making. From computer directly to printing plate, that is, "off-line direct plate making", it was originally developed from photographic direct plate making. All plates are scanned and imaged by laser controlled by computer, and then printed through developing and fixing processes.
Step 3: Print CTP on the printing machine, and transfer the images and characters on CTP to paper through offset printing technology.
Step 4: Bind the printed paper, such as folding and binding.
Step 5: Finally, cut the glued book into finished products, thus making a book. As shown in the figure below:
