Performance yellow mutton tastes sweet and warm, and enters the spleen and stomach. Its components include protein, fat, water, vitamin (B 1, b), calcium, phosphorus and iron. Formulas and usage
(1) Huangyangguifennel soup: yellow mutton 500g, cinnamon 3g, fennel 6g, ginger 10 ~ 15g. Wash yellow mutton and cut into pieces, add cinnamon, fennel, ginger and salt, and boil in water. Meat can be eaten after it is cooked. Yellow mutton supplements middle jiao, cinnamon, fennel and ginger warm middle jiao and dispel cold. Several flavors are combined to warm spleen and stomach, dispel cold and relieve pain. It is suitable for abdominal pain and dyspepsia caused by deficiency and cold of spleen and stomach.
(2) Antelope yam bean porridge: Antelope 100g, Chinese yam 30-50g, fried lentils10-5g, rice 150g. Clean yellow mutton is shredded and washed after aftertaste. Cook rice, lentils and yam first, and add less ginger and salt. When the rice is cooked, add shredded antelope and cook for a few times, and the meat can be eaten. Yellow mutton and yam strengthen the spleen, lentils strengthen the spleen and eliminate dampness, and ginger warms the stomach to taste.
