What are the types of copyright registration?
Depending on whether registration depends on voluntariness, copyright registration can be divided into compulsory registration and voluntary registration. Where the law requires the parties to register in order to obtain the right to register, it is compulsory registration. In countries that adopt the registration doctrine, the creation of copyright is subject to compulsory registration; at the same time, in countries that adopt the automatic protection doctrine, sometimes the law also requires registration when the copyright is pledged. If the law does not require registration to obtain rights, and the registration requested by the parties voluntarily is voluntary registration, for example, some countries that adopt automatic protectionism stipulate that copyright owners can voluntarily register copyrights. Depending on the nature of the registered rights, copyright registration can also be divided into registration, rights change registration (including registration of setting up other rights) and cancellation registration. Registration is mainly applicable to the acquisition of copyright. Registration of changes in rights occurs after the copyright is formed, and deregistration occurs when the copyright or a certain right in the copyright disappears.
Registration Categories
According to the provisions of the Copyright Law, registration applications are divided into two categories, twelve categories and two categories. The specific classification is as follows:
1. Works:
A. Literary works; B. Musical works; C. Drama works; D. Folk art works; E. Dance works; F. Fine arts Works; G. Photographic works;
H. Film works; I. Television (video) works; J. Engineering design, product design drawings and descriptions;
K. Maps, Graphic works such as schematic diagrams; L. Other works stipulated in laws and administrative regulations

Agent The following documents should be submitted for copyright application
1. Letter of attorney
2. Proof of valid signature
3. Documents proving ownership of rights (if in foreign language, please attach Full text translation)
4. Registration application form
5. Applicant’s identity proof materials: If the applicant is an individual, a copy of the ID card should be submitted; if the applicant is a legal person, a copy of the ID card should be submitted Legal person qualification certification materials (please authenticate).
When the applicant is a rights successor, corresponding documentary evidence of the change in rights should be submitted.
6. Letter of guarantee of rights (please be fair and certified)
7. Description of the work: a written material used to describe the creation purpose, usage and originality of the work.
8. Work samples (a copy of the cover and copyright page, copies of part of the manuscript, photos, samples, etc.). A sample of the work should be submitted,
such as: manuscript, photo, sample, etc.
After the registration applicant submits the following documents and application fee, the application will be accepted and the applicant will be notified in writing.
