A person's life is short, just like lightning in the air and a flash in the pan. Everyone has his own pursuit and choice, and everything is inseparable from the law of cause and effect, so our choice should be worthy of ourselves and responsible for ourselves.
● If you really believe in Buddhism, you must be firm in the truth that cause and effect are not empty in Buddhism, strive to cultivate good and eliminate evil, and strictly observe your body, mouth and heart.
The six divisions of the wheel of karma have no real happiness. The happiness we experience is like an anesthetic injected during an operation, which temporarily paralyzes our feelings. Only by truly reducing greed can we be relatively happy.
● If you see through, you can put it down. What can you see through? See through the truth of things What is the truth? That is, everything in the six divisions of the wheel of karma is bitter, and there are bitter truths. If we can really know and feel the truth constantly in our hearts, there will be no greed, and there will be nothing we can't let go of.
Usually, when a person wakes up and thinks that he can't die today, he will lust after the world and waste every minute chasing fame and fortune. Imagine that a person has devoted a lot of energy in his life to the fame, status, mansion, beautiful wife and children he pursues. Which one can he take when he dies?
● All our life now is the traction of our own karma. No matter whether you are bitter or happy, good or bad, don't complain about what kind of people or things we have met. What we have to do now is to do good deeds.
● We encounter many things every day. Don't worry about unimportant things and disturb your heart. Let them come and go by themselves-this is impermanence!
Suffering is sometimes the best teacher, because only after suffering can we find a way to get rid of it, enjoy it and be inspired to practice hard.
No matter how busy you are, take some time to practice Buddhism every day. The short life will pass, so don't regret it on your deathbed.
● Heaven and man have the magical power to predict their own death time and observe the afterlife seven days before the end of their lives, so they are in a state of fear and regret that they have not practiced dharma in time, and use the last few days to improve their practice. Unfortunately, we humans don't have this magical power, and as a result, we often don't realize the terrible end of life and fall down involuntarily.
● The slightest happiness we feel now is because we have done good deeds and practiced good laws, and any pain we feel is also the reason why we have created bad karma.
● We often say that "the weather is unpredictable, and people are doomed". We always say impermanence, but we resist change in our hearts and are used to thinking that it will not change. Once impermanence comes and you are at a loss, it shows that you have not really understood impermanence.
People are always full of illusions and longings about what they have not got or experienced, but once they get it, their wishes will come true and they will find new troubles and pains. In fact, what is hidden behind happiness is pain, and the essence of reincarnation is pain.
● When others encounter misfortune, pain and disaster, we may persuade others to believe in karma and say that everything is karma. It's just that when we encounter these pains, it's hard for our hearts to accept that this is my reward!
People who see the joy of life will be rewarded with joy; People who annoy others will get annoyed in return; Anyone who helps others at any time will get everything in return; Those who try their best to obstruct and make things difficult for others will be despised and disgusted. These are all caused by karma in previous lives. Therefore, people who get into trouble in this world should repent of their past karma as soon as possible, vigorously cultivate good karma and repair future blessings.
Everything in this world is changeable, unreliable and unattainable. However, we often let go of one obsession and pursue the next, and the result is to constantly taste the pain.
● Briefly explain the cause and effect: what you pay, what you get.
In the impermanence of life, everything we have is like a bubble, which will soon burst. Only the karma you created, good or evil, will always follow you.
● Every day, people around us, things that happen, good, bad, like and hate, are showing us two words-cause and effect! These are the reflections on good and evil in your lifetime, and the results of maturity now!
● In the reincarnation world, there is no safe place to escape death, and there is no life that is born but not dead. There has never been, and there will never be, more developed science. People's life is very short, and they realize that life is more bitter than pleasure.
● Buddhism talks about breaking troubles, breaking what? Is to get rid of all kinds of ideas, especially persistence. Without persistence, there is no trouble, and without trouble, there is no pain. Not persistent in prosperity, not persistent in adversity. I know all this is false, it will change rapidly and it will be impermanent.
● Prosperity is a thing of the past, and there is no substitute for birth and death. I advise you to wake up quickly and practice as soon as possible for your own interests in this life, for future generations and for the interests of the whole world.
No matter how you pursue wealth, status and family now, you can't take anything with you when you die. However, the good or bad karma that people have created all their lives closely follow them, and they will decide where to go after death-happiness or pain.
● Emperors of all dynasties were all in born to die, and so were modern great men. So many guards stand guard with live ammunition, let alone us. Can death be afraid of us without bodyguards? Life is impermanent, and death will come to us anytime and anywhere.
We always avoid death, carefully hide it, and even feel unlucky when we hear it. But death is the inevitable law of life. We can avoid talking about death, but we cannot really avoid it.
There are only two kinds of people in the world who are not afraid of death. One is ignorant of death, and the other is fully aware and prepared for death.
● Everyone has to face four kinds of devastation in his life: illness, old age, decline and death. Disease destroys our health; Old age destroys our strength; Decline destroyed our enrichment; Death even destroyed the penis!
Leaving samsara is the transcendence of the mind over troubles and pains, not to say that there are other places to escape except this world.
● All phenomena in the world are illusory and unreal. It is ordinary people who are fascinated by this truth, sages who understand this truth, and Buddhas who understand this truth.
● Buddhism stresses cause and effect. If the bad karma now is the previous one, it is also the karma of the same kind. Don't blame others. As long as the heart is pure, face it calmly, accumulate virtue and do good deeds, and the bad karma is exhausted, there will be a bright future.
● The happiness we enjoy in the world, even the coolness brought by a cool breeze, is because we have chosen the fruits of our karma and created good karma before, and now we feel such a happy result.
● Don't care about temporary gains and losses, growth is the most important thing. Let's not be trapped by the illusory world obstacles, and liberation is the most important thing.
● If it is a cause, if it is a result, there will be a return. Don't blame others, hate others, and repent yourself. It is because your previous bad karma is now mature that you get such retribution. Now happily accept the result, and this bad karma disappears; Now I don't want to blame others, hate others, and create new bad karma, and there will be retribution in the future.
Many times, there is no way to do what we want to do, and there is a force pushing us to do what we don't want to do. This is pain-uncomfortable pain.
It is also a pleasure to hit hard when we feel that our back hurts. All the happiness we pursue in this world is just an analgesic effect. How can there be happiness?
We must die. This body is constantly replaced by another body, and there are countless deaths. Every time we die, we have to repeat the same pain.
● Life is a painful process. Recognizing suffering is a wise man; He who can get rid of suffering is a saint; It is a fool who doesn't know the pain, but it is an ordinary person who knows the pain but can't get rid of it.
● Some people feel that they are bodhisattvas after studying Buddhism for a few years. While the guru was not paying attention, they secretly gave the items in the temple to others in their own name to buy people's hearts, so as to win the support of others. I don't know that learning Buddhism is not a transaction, nor is it a comparison. Even if you do more good deeds, you can't get rid of the reincarnation of the world.
We came to this world alone and left this world alone. No one can accompany you forever.
In winter, we freeze in Amb Lee for several hours, and bask in the sun for a while in summer, but we can't stand it. Then, all beings in cold hell and hot iron hell are frozen and put into hot pot. Can they stand it? So let's not make bad karma in hell.
● Honorable person of Adi Gorge: Even if you have superior wisdom, clean precepts, preached scriptures, and adhered to the realm, if you don't give up the eight winds in the world, everything you do can only become the livelihood of this world-no matter how deep the pain is, it can't beat the pain of reincarnation!
● Property belongs to children, partner belongs to others, life is impermanent, body belongs to nature, and cause and effect are not empty. Everything is for you, not for you!
● "Don't do it with small goodness, don't do it with small evils", and the cause of good and evil will grow. The faster your good deeds grow, the faster you will enter the Buddhist country; The faster your bad karma grows, the faster you will go to hell.
● Our world is a world in which all living beings are engaged. In this world of karma, everything in our eyes is a projection of our own karma.
