Formula: Ophiopogon japonicus 30g Radix Codonopsis 15g Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata 15g Japonica rice 15g Jujube 15g (broken) Pinellia ternata 15g.
Jujube varies in size, so it is based on weight and will not be cooked thoroughly, so it is opened with dates.
Solution: Ophiopogon japonicus and Pinellia ternata moisten dryness, and ginseng, jujube and rice straw supplement the middle and promote fluid production.
In this recipe, roasted licorice is used to tonify middle qi, japonica rice, jujube and codonopsis pilosula are used to tonify middle qi, and Ophiopogon japonicus is used to moisten lung dryness.
