Under the rule of Liao Dynasty, Nuzhen was divided into raw Nuzhen and mature Nuzhen. 1 1 15, Akuta, Jin Taizu, unified the ministries of Jurchen and established the Jin Dynasty in Huining County (Acheng, Harbin).
