On the Capital of Liao Dynasty

The capital of the Liao Dynasty-the Liao Dynasty entered Beijing.

Liao: Shangjing Prefecture (now southeast of Boluo City, Bahrain Zuoqi, Inner Mongolia), Zhongjing Dading Prefecture (now Daming City, Ningcheng, Inner Mongolia), Tokyo Liaoyang Prefecture (now Liaoyang City, Liaoning Province), Nanjing Youdu Prefecture (now Beijing) and Xijing Datong Prefecture (now Datong City, Shanxi Province).

In the third year of Liao Taizu (9 18), the country was founded and the imperial capital was built. In the first year of Huitong (938), all the famous ministers of Liao Taizong came to Beijing and established Huangfu.

Liao Taizu destroyed the Bohai Sea and built a single country in East China. In the third year of Tianxian (928), Emperor Taizong of Liao moved to Dongping County, the resident of Bohai Sea, and was promoted to Nanjing. In six years, Dongdan State was abolished and China-Thailand Province was established in Nanjing. In the first year of the same year, sixteen states were presented at the end of Jin Dynasty, and Youzhou was promoted to Nanjing Youdu Mansion. Nanjing was renamed Liaoyang Prefecture, Tokyo.

Attending Beijing, Tokyo and Nanjing were established in the same year, collectively known as Sanjing. In the 25th year of Tonghe (1007), Emperor Shengzong of Liao established a new capital in Yazhang, West King, named Zhongjing Dadingfu. It is called the Four Classics with the original Three Classics.

In the first year of Kaitai (10 12), Tokyo Youdu Prefecture was changed to Western Jin Prefecture. In the 13th year of Chongxi (1044), Liao Xingzong was promoted to Datong Army as Xijing Datong House. After Liao Xingzong, there were five capitals.

Wujing is the ruling center of various regions, each with its own military state and county, so it is also called Wujing Road. There is no administrative agency. These five Beijing officials all said that they stayed behind and were served by the Khitan royal family or later families. Wujing is divided into the left-behind department and the general political department, which is responsible for military affairs.

Attending Beijing is in Zuo Qi, Inner Mongolia, south of Bahrain. Liao Taizu ordered the construction of Hankang Moji Lidong in Jizhou, and it was completed in one hundred days. The city wall is 2 feet high and 27 miles wide. North of the city is the imperial city, and the wall is three feet high. The south gate of the palace is Chengtianmen, the east gate is Donghuamen and the west gate is Xihuamen. South of the city is Seoul. There is a store transaction.

Cheng Zhongjing is a famous city in the west of Ningcheng, Inner Mongolia. Emperor Shengzong of Liao ordered Han craftsmen in Yanji to imitate the construction of the capital. Two years after it was built, the Han people moved to the city to live. After the establishment of Zhongjing City, the emperor was stationed here. In order to receive the envoys of Song, Xia and Silla, a posthouse was built. Tokyo is in Liaoyang, Liaoning today. The city is two feet high and covers an area of three miles. Miyagi is in the northeast corner of the city, and the city is three feet high. The southern outer city is Seoul, and there is trade between Heather and Beishi. Most of the residents in the city are Bohai people and Han people. Nanjing is in the southwest of Beijing today, also called Yanjing. The city wall is 30 feet high and 10 feet wide, covering an area of 36 miles. It is the largest city among the five capitals. Miyagi is in the southwest corner. There is a cool hall on the top of the west city. Xijing is in Datong, Shanxi today. Fiona Fang used to be a military town, 20 miles away.

Liao Xingzong was promoted to Xijing Datong House, and Miyagi was not built. During the reign of Liao Daozong, there was a statue of the emperor in the Yan Jianhua Temple in the city.
