So donkey kong sent Tang Priest to Chang 'an to send the scriptures to Emperor Taizong, and then returned to Lingshan, where Tang Priest and his disciples took office beside the Tathagata.
Tang Priest was named Tan Buddha, the Monkey King was named Fighting Buddha, Pig Bajie was named the messenger of the altar, Friar Sand was named the golden arhat, and Bai was named the Eight Dragons. From then on, Tang Priest and his disciples went back to their original places and went to the West to learn from the scriptures.
