Tan Lei in Jiutian Sakura Garden is real. It is an ancient building located in Fenghuang County, Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, Hunan Province. Built in the Ming Dynasty, it is an ancient temple dedicated to the Nine-Day Emperor Luo Tiandi.
Jiu Tian Ying Yuan Lei Pu, the god worshipped by China folk and Taoism, the incarnation of the Antarctic immortal emperor, the highest god of Lei, in charge of the complex Raytheon organization, headquartered in Shen Xiaoyu Qinglou.
