1. Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine was founded in 1954. It is one of the earliest colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine in China. It is a national "world-class discipline construction" established by the Ministry of Education and Jiangsu Province. "University" is a university jointly established by the Ministry of Education, the People's Government of Jiangsu Province and the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, a key university in Jiangsu Province, and a high-level university in Jiangsu Province. It is the World Health Organization (WHO) Traditional Medicine Collaborating Center, The International Acupuncture Training Center determined by the Ministry of Health, the first batch of doctoral and master's degree authorized units in the country, the national key protection unit for ancient books, the national training and education base for traditional Chinese medicine qualifications, the national high-level university government-sponsored graduate program implementation university, and the national "characteristic key discipline project" "Construction of universities, the first batch of pilot universities for the reform of the national "Excellent Doctors (Traditional Chinese Medicine) Education and Training Plan", a national-level talent training model innovation experimental zone, and a university receiving Chinese government scholarships for international students in China.
