The monument is bounded by clouds, 3.5 meters high and 2.5 meters wide. Engraved in the 6th year of Yuan Dynasty (A.D. 1340), it shows the fact that Heijing's "salt extraction from brine wells helps the national economy and people's livelihood, and it is beneficial to the wild" and "deep mountains and poor valleys" are "worshipping Buddhism and seeking benefits" in Yuan Dynasty. This article was written by Tu (Mongolian) who was promoted by Yan Shi in the Yuan Dynasty. Historically, his writing style is "primitive" and "the writing style is also very sloppy".
The stone carvings of Zhenjue Temple in Wanchun Mountain are located in the dense forest area, and the vegetation is mainly the local Ficus macrophylla and Toona sinensis. The ridge behind the monument is a mountain road leading to Dayuanzi Village in Zhaoyuan. There are many local stone piers in front of the monument. The whole stone tablet sits west to east, and the characters are vertically arranged from right to left, all of which are engraved in yin. Because the monument is an open-air monument, it has been weathered for more than 700 years. The inscription is seriously corroded, and a large number of characters in the upper part no longer exist, while some characters with clear fonts are retained in the lower part.
Yuan Jiagu went to Heijing to inspect the salt administration in 1926 because the monument was buried in the soil. He recorded the historical records, inferred the location of the monument, and asked someone to remove the complex soil before seeing the monument again. The inscription is seriously eroded (only 184 is left today). Kangxi's Black Salt Well Record Volume Art contains 748 words of inscriptions.
During the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty, Yuan Jiagu, a senior high school economic specialist, was appointed as the Yunnan Salt Transport Ambassador. During his visit to Heijing, he visited Wanchun Mountain and watched the "natural monument" of the Yuan Dynasty. He inscribed the word "Yunxiu" on a boulder next to the stone carving of Zhenjue Temple in Wanchunshan Mountain, and it was accompanied by seal script. Under the inscription, there are eight people, including Shiping Yuan Gugu and Jianchuan Qin Zhao.
